Please join us as we welcome Pastor/Doctor Ryan Anderson to the podcast as our guest today. We'll be discussing several topics from his sermon this past Sunday that include:
1. First we'll talk about the Dominican Republic itself and why it's such a poor country.
2. Then, we'll discuss the people there, what they're like and how receptive they are to outsiders.
3. We'll go on to discuss the mission trip that several members of the Church went on, how it went and what they did while they were there.
4. Then we'll tie all that in to God's charge for us as Christians and how a trip like this can affect our own spirituality.
5. Finally, we'll address any future mission trips and how you can get involved with missions here at Coast Life Church.
Pastor-D will also tell us about the brothel across the street from the clinic they hosted, what cooked drugs smell like and how to speak medical Spanish.
