Hello and welcome to Thinking Out Loud with Pastor-D! Please join us as we discuss the first sermon in our new Christmas series:
We'll open up with Pastor-D's experience with the birth of his own children...and you might not expect what you hear! Pastor-D will also speak about how he is in agreement with Pope Leo again on another topic.
As we get into this week's sermon, we'll discuss Mary and Joseph, their individual situations and why they both reacted the way they did to the news of Jesus' arrival. We'll talk about why men were always believed over women back then and what God says about that.
Pastor-D will tell us how our modern-day concept of time was created around the birth of Jesus and why Jewish people don't believe that he is the Messiah.
We'll also discuss the Christmas season, how it can be very stressful for people and what we can do to alleviate that stress.
