Welcome back to Money and Magic. Today's episode is going to be a little bit different and we're going to do a guided meditation to help you uncover your magical life. If you're not sure what your magical life is, go ahead and listen to the last episode because we dig into that a little bit. But this visualization manifestation is really going to help you start to understand what exactly is your magical life. So this is going to be a very powerful visualization manifestation. I want you to understand that you can have anything you want to have. You can be anything you want to be and you can do anything you want to do. It all starts in your mind. You have to believe that anything you visualize has the power to manifest and actually become real. If you don't understand or believe that, then this might not work for you. So the first thing I want you to do is to let go of anything that might be holding you back from opening yourself up to visualizing and manifesting what you want. Today's intention is to give you the space to experience in your mind what you want most to experience in your life. This is a safe space and you can revisit this as often as you need. Actually, the more often you do this visualization or any visualization, the easier things will start to come to you. As you start to tell the universe that I can see this happening, this is what I am visualizing, then the universe will start to show you that in return. So do visualizations every single day. Make them a part of your routine and you can always come back to this guided meditation to help you get going. To begin this meditation, I want you to settle in and release any tension or stress that you might be holding. You might be seated, you might be lying down, whatever is most comfortable for you. I want you to lower your shoulders, relax your jaw, remove your tongue from. The roof of your mouth and just let your body melt into relaxation. This is time for you. Take that time to settle in. Now go ahead and close your eyes. You're in a safe space and we're going to do three deep breaths. Breathe in deeply, hold at the top for 3 seconds and then release with a sigh. Let's do that two more times. Breathe deeply, hold at the top for 3 seconds. Release with a sigh. Last one. Take a deep breath. Hold this for 3 seconds. Now release with the biggest sigh. That you have. Now that you're settled in, I want you to let any thoughts that come into your mind pass on through. Acknowledge them and let them go. Your mind might be like a country road with hardly any thoughts, or it might be like a highway with thoughts coming and going like crazy. That's okay. Just acknowledge them and let them go. Focus on your breathing in and out. Breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth. Let's go ahead and take a look at your magical life. In your magical life, where do you live? Are you in the city or the country? Are you on a hillside? Are there a lot of wild animals around you? What kind of animals? Do you live somewhere where there are bears? Maybe you live somewhere by the water. There's a lot of fish. Maybe you live in the middle of the woods, in a cabin that's lit with a wood burning stove. Maybe you live in New York City in a tall, high rise building. In that building you have a fireplace and a big window that overlooks the Statue of Liberty. Maybe you live in a foreign country and you have snow covered mountains in your view. Where are you living in your magical life? Imagine it. What does it feel like to live there? What's the weather like? Are there seasons? What kind of plants do they have? In your magical life, maybe you have a few different places you live. Maybe you're a nomad and you traveled the world. You get to see all of the things. Where are you living in your magical life? Remember breathing in and breathing out. What are you doing with your time? Are you working? Are you an artist? Are you hanging out at the beach? Maybe you volunteer at an animal shelter. Maybe you volunteer with the homeless. What are you doing with your time? Are you gardening? Are you roller skating? Maybe you like to go to Central Park every day. Maybe you start every day at a coffee shop, a local coffee shop. What are you doing with your time in your magical life? What does it smell like when you're doing that thing? What does it feel like when you're doing those things? Who is around you in your magical life? Do you have family? Do you have friends? Who lives in your immediate home? Are you by yourself? Do you have a house full of guests? Do you have extended family that lives with you? Maybe you have an entire family compound. Or maybe it's you in a van with a dog traveling the world. Who's around you? Do you have coworkers? Do you have employees? Do you have a boss who is around you in this magical life? Who do you turn to in your time of need? Who do you spend your time with? Who do you do fun activities with? And what activities are you doing? How do you feel during your magical life. I want you to take a deep breath in. Hold it and exhale. Now picture day one of your magical life. With our eyes still closed, we're in a safe space. What time do you wake up? And then what does your morning look like? Who wakes up next to you? Do you go to the kitchen and make coffee? Or do you prefer tea? Where are you drinking your morning beverage? Do you take it outside? Do you curl up in front of the fireplace? Do you enjoy it with breakfast? With your family? What does that morning look like in your magical lifestyle? As you move through that morning, what's next? Do you leave for a job? Are you going to the library today? Maybe the park? Are you going to a concert? What is happening today? It's your magical life. Just think through. What would be the next thing you would do. Where are you having lunch today? What are you doing after lunch? What's your afternoon look like? If it was your favorite kind of weather today, what would you do? Would you stay inside? Would you get outside? Would you go somewhere? You in this metrical life. How do you make money? Do you have a business? Do you have a job? Do you have investments? Do you create artwork? Do you sell veggies and chicken eggs? Are you a teacher or a doctor? Maybe you're a flight attendant. What brings you joy? What could you make money off of that brings you joy during this magical life of yours? How are you paying your bills? What does a day of work look like for you? Where are you making your money? How are you making your money? Are you making your money from home? Do you go to an office? Do you get to travel? For how you make money, think big. The options here are endless. Visualize your magical life. What does your evening look like? Where are you having dinner? What are you doing after dinner? What's your bedtime routine? What time do you go to bed? Where do you spend your evening? Do you come home after a long day of work because you enjoy your job and get to spend time with your family? Or do you have a job where you get to work from home? And so it's just you wander over to the kitchen to start making dinner? Once you get off, what does your magical life look like? You can imagine this magical life every single day. What does it look like? It now take one deep breath, hold it. And exhale slowly bringing your awareness back to your room. Maybe you wiggle your toes, your fingers. Bring your awareness back and gently open your eyes. Feel free to come back and use this meditation whenever you're trying to visualize what your magical life looks like. It's here for you to use whenever.
