Hello everybody. Um, this is Hayley checking in with my first on the go from our sister's trip 3.0 2026. Um off to a little bit of a stressful start. Nick is um supposed to be picking me up at Improvidence to bring me to Logan because I had an appointment this morning. And a few weeks ago I lost my real ID, uh, which I replaced and it came, the new one came in um two days ago, so I figured I was all fine. Um I have it here in my dad with me. So Nick was supposed to pick me up at noon in Providence, but after he left the house, his uh dad called him and said, I just found Haley's license. You better come home and get it. Well, it was the old license that I lost. So he drove all the way back home thinking I needed it, and is now going to be like a half hour late to get me in Improvidence. So that's a little bit stressful, but I think we should still be okay. I should be to the airport like a half hour early, so we'll see how we do it. Where are we handing? We're at the airport, we made it. Just just barely the skin of our teeth. Literally the skin of our teeth. That's a really gross phrase, actually. Now that I think about it, I don't like that. You should brush your teeth if it has skin on. Gross. Um yeah, at 11.08, I had not yet showered or packed, and my Uber was getting here at 12 and I couldn't find my suitcase. So that wasn't great. And then Haley had a mishap. Yes, which I I I updated in my on the go about that, but um, yeah, so I got to the airport at I think 1.36 for a 252 flight. Yes, still managed to get two drinks in though, so that's good. We're about to go bored. We went to the new Mexican place in Terminal C. It's pretty good. Some serviceable chicken tender, yeah. The drinks are good. Needed something in my stomach, so and uh then we're gonna go bored. I don't know what I packed. I I packed in a duffel bag because we couldn't find the suitcase, and then we found the suitcase right when the Uber got there. So I literally just like dumped my duffel bag out into my suitcase. So you know, we're just we're making it happen. We do have seats together. We do have seats together, that is good. It was touching up for a while. Yeah. Um, because we didn't even update about this yet, but um, we ended up changing flights. Surprise! It is um not 7 p.m. It is actually 20, what, like 2 30 in the afternoon? Um we switched lights from the 7 15 p.m. flight to the 252 flight. So we were able to get out a little bit earlier because I wound up taking the day off. Um so we did end up on the 252 we thought we were gonna end up on. And we got our seats together and we feel like we have pulled off iced. I feel like I'm being chased by a bear. Like that's where my nervous system is at right now. So I'm really hoping to veg out a little bit on the way and like calm down. I don't know why I was so flustered about this when I was like going through security like a noob. Yeah. No, I spent most of the day in the air yesterday, which we'll update about later. So until like 10 p.m. last night, I wasn't even sure the script was happening, but I'm fine. Everything's good. Chaotic person. Everything's fine, everything's really good. Um, but yeah, so I can't believe we're here. Um kind of recalibrate before we land in Orlando. Oh my goodness. I made bad outfit choices. I look like a Timu Hannah Montana. You don't, that's not true. I do, I do an old Timu Hannah Montana. Alright, we are getting a notification that we're supposed to be boarding at the moment. So Haley's doing a really champion job of finishing a beverage before we have to go. She got here like four minutes ago, so he brought me my drink and I was like, I'm just gonna save you some time. Can I order the refill right now and also the checks? Okay, we're being very efficient. Don't worry about it. Um but yeah, okay, but I guess we'll check in from uh from Orlando. Oh my gosh. Or the sky, we'll see. Or the sky. Oh, hello. Greetings from All Star. Which one are we at? Where are we? What's going on? Where are we? We can't remember which all-star we're at. It's movies. We're at movies. Um, we had a good flight. Yeah, it was a it was a good flight. Yeah. It was a little chaotic boarding. Everything was like the the gate agents were kind of like yelling and snapping at people, and it was a little stressful. But once we got in the air, everything was good, and the only thing that was the bummer was we landed and it was over an hour to get our luggage. Yeah, it took forever for the bags to come through. We had gate checked because they we were boarding group D, and they basically said like there's no way there's gonna be room left, so we just gate checked, and um yeah. Over yeah, over an hour from landing to our bags coming out. So that was kind of a bummer, but it was fine. Um, and then we got an Uber here, which was decorated amazingly. Yeah, Star Wars Everything. It was a Tesla, which was weird. Tesla. Yeah. Um that was exciting. And we pretty much came here, we went straight to our room. Yeah, we did online check-in. Yeah. Um, I was worried at first because we're in the Fantasia building and the pool area was popping, and I was worried it was gonna be loud, but we're on like the back side of the building, which knocked on wood, seems like it'll be pretty quiet. Yeah, it's a really good location. Um the rooms look just like pop. Exactly like pop. Yeah, so funny. They look like very clean and functional, and I think they will do the trick just perfectly for a trip like this. Yeah, totally. Yeah, so we we really just dropped our stuff and then we came back over to the main building to get dinner because we realized we were starving. We both got salmon with potatoes. You got broccoli, I got beans. It was great, it was really good. Yeah, not bad. Like 20 bucks. Hey, we got wine, I did it, so yours was more expensive. Yeah, um and then we checked out the gift shop for a hot minute. Yep, and uh then my kids wanted to FaceTime, so I did that, and now we're out here at the pool bar, we're waiting on a um DoorDash delivery. Yeah, we ordered some drinks, we ordered a case of water, a couple of snacks, a couple protein bars, um, and that should be here within the next like 20 minutes or so. And then I think I'm gonna take like a cold shower and maybe pass out potentially. I'm so tired. I have a little bit of work to do and I want to get my stuff organized for tomorrow. But other than that, yeah, that's kind of the plan. I want to read a little and like have a cocktail in bed, probably. Yeah. Um, I'm zonked. Me too. Yeah, I'm tired. It was a big day. It was a big day, yeah. Um, but yeah, we're gonna try to take it easy tomorrow, but we'll still get to the park early. Yeah, we're gonna soak up some vibes. We've got some good lightning leans lined up, might do a little monorail crawl. So we're doing a meetup with a Patreon group that we're in. Gonna go to the expo and get our number our bibs for the race. And then we have uh a fancy dinner. Yeah, yeah, yaleho. We don't know how to Jolio. We're going to Jolio for dinner. We don't know. Interestingly, the salt foam margarita is not currently on the menu online, so fingers crossed. We will write. Fingers crossed. That's kind of why we're going. So, but yeah, we'll check in tomorrow.
