James Lancaster originally auditioned for Thomas Andrews, Titanic's architect but in the end James Cameron cast him as Father Byles, the priest who recites from the Book of Revelations in the final moments before the ship sank.
James reads from the diary he wrote twenty five years ago. A moving account of filming in Rosarito, Mexico on the tilted poop deck. It's the very same passage he'd read for his father's funeral only a week before.
