Speaker 2:Jamie. So this is our mobile sauna. We are Good Medicine Whidbey Island and, yeah, this is going to be our mobile sauna service that we're offering on the island.
Speaker 1:So for people that don't know what a sauna is, tell people what's it going to be like inside.
Speaker 2:It's going to be between 150 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. We have some stones on top of our stove, throw some water and get that nice steam, that lool loop as they call it in finland, low loop yep, we're gonna have an authentic finnish sauna experience here on south would be island okay so you come out, you're like medium rare, maybe well done uh, yeah, well done well done, yeah, and are you guys gonna have a cold plunge as well?
Speaker 1:that's gonna be part of the fun is? We're going to be rolling this beautiful, authentic Finnish sauna down to local beaches so that people can experience the between 48 and 54 degree Salish sea water, and it's going to be great. What gave you the inspiration to come up with this idea?
Speaker 2:So a couple years ago, jamie, myself and a good friend of ours, jeremy, we started a cold clench group here at Robinson Beach. So on Sunday mornings we have what we used to refer to as Splash Church and we'd go in there and we tried to hover around 11 minutes in the water year round, rain or shine, snow, sleet, hail, whatever.
