This podcast was created with the thought of those who have broken free from illusion and enjoy open, free, & raw dialect for those who are embarking on their journey such as myself I discuss healing from childhood trauma, narcissistic parent(s), healing from toxic relationships & friendships, breaking generational curses overall becoming a person you love by evolving, and healing in a healthy way. I'm a '90s baby born into the Gen Z era where we were fortunate enough to have an opportunity to experience both the old ways of those who came before us and the start of the "new world", we are all family here :) so welcome and stay a while!

my name is Kanita Perkins. I am a 27-year-old high priestess from Mississippi. I have been married to my beautiful partner for 3 years. I have a loving yet overactive cat named mercury I served in the united stated air force as a dental assistant. and currently, I work full-time as a content creator. like many others I experienced a horrible childhood and my teenage years were not the greatest. as an adult a lot of truth started to be revealed, a lot of emotions came back to the surface, and I started reliving those traumas and asking questions wanting the truth. this is when I began to embark on my journey into spirituality. I was so full of trauma, betrayal, hurt, and revengeful thoughts. the only place I could go was in. I am here to hold your hand as you do the same.
