That can get under your skin and make for a bad day, week, month, or year.
How do we address those joy-destroying times?
What is God trying to teach me, you or us?
We all have moments in the valley in life.
In this episode, we discuss dealing with those moments when things are not all unicorns and gummy bears.


Psalm 42:5-6 ESV
 Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me?  Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God. My soul is cast down within me; therefore I  remember you from the land of Jordan and of Hermon, from Mount Mizar.

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

“Be still, and know that I am God.  I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah

JESUS says:

Peace I leave with you;  my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you.  Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.
