
Tracey Guthrie, MD
Dr. Tracey M. Guthrie is the Program Director for the General Adult Psychiatry Residency at Brown University, the Vice Chair for Clinical Faculty Affairs and Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior. She also serves as an Assistant Dean for Diversity in the Division of Biology and Medicine at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Dr. Guthrie received her medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.
She fled the cold winters for the more temperate climate of New England and completed her Psychiatric Residency at Brown. Dr. Guthrie has been recognized for her dedication to teaching, equity, and inclusion. In her free time, she enjoys the healing sounds of jazz, the ocean, and the stillness of mountains.
