In this episode, I share a framework for understanding confidence as a battery with four layers: Foundation, Practice, Receiving, and Trust.
What I channeled is tapping into confidence as a byproduct of healing your inner relationships:
- relationship with self
- relationship with action
- relationship with receiving
- relationship with the universe
Originally something I channeled in 2021 through the Akashic Records (an energetic "library" that contains the history of every soul, thought, event, and emotion across all time), this perspective has supported me through many seasons of uncertainty and may help you reconnect with your own confidence, even when life feels unpredictable.
