I want to talk to you today. Are you ready? It's been a while. If you're taking notes, I want you to take notes. But I want to talk to you today about the light. I don't know what's the title of this, but it'll come to me. But I'll tell you for a woman, lighting is everything. Ladies, for whatever reason, I take the most beautiful pictures because I get the lighting. And I post really beautiful, favorable pictures of my family members. Jonathan has no respect. The pictures he'd be posting of me, I'm like, are you blind? Like, look at that light, look at that triple chin. Don't say nothing. Look at that. Like, I don't need that kind of lighting. You've got to get a little bit, you gotta specialize a little bit on this thing called lighting because lighting is everything. There's some of you guys that have been attracted to the opposite sex in a room that was dimly lit, and then you go outside, and you're like, damn, I missed that one. And you're just like trying to escape because you you you gave her her number, whatever it was. You know what I'm saying? Lighting is everything. Turn to your neighbor and say, lighting is everything. But here's the thing: light doesn't just make things visible, light interprets what is there. And so I want you to know whatever kind of burden you've come in here with, or maybe you're watching from the hospital, I don't know what everybody's story is, but I want you to understand that there's a reality to what you're seeing. And I want you to turn with me to the scriptures, and I'm going to go to Genesis 1, 1. Is there capacity to put the scriptures on? The Brazilian looked at me like what? Who are you talking to? Uh put it up. Genesis 1-1. In the beginning, God prepared, formed, fashioned, and created the heavens and the earth. Verse 2. Verse 2. The earth was without form and empty, an empty waste, and darkness was upon the face of the very great deep. The spirit of God was moving, hovering, brooding over the face of the waters. And God said, turn to your neighbor and say, He said, Let there be light. And there was light. Let me see that in the uh King James version, real quick, just for for um just for kicks. And God said, Let there be light, and there was light. New King James Version. I don't know where to look at. I don't know where anything is anymore. I'm like, who am I blaming this on? And God saw the light that it was good. Nope, verse two, please. And the earth was without girl, boy, whoever's out there, I don't know. And the earth was without form and void, and darkness was on uh upon the face of the deep, and the spirit of God hovered or moved over the face of the waters, verse 3. And God said, Let there be light, and there was light, verse 4. And God saw the light, that it was good, and God divided the light from the darkness. I want you to understand here with certainty here. There is something so powerful about this scripture, and many miss it because before there was the sun and the moon, there was light. So I want you to understand that what we see right now is just a byproduct of something greater. So what we're seeing in the natural first came about through something that was supernatural, that was divine. His name was God, and when he commanded there to be light, all of a sudden the light shone forth. It came forth. Who did it come forth from God Himself? Because in him there is no darkness. God is light, and so this source of light is what's at work today. So we understand that there's different kinds of light, some that are much more favorable to women's skin than others, and there's darkness, but what you're seeing is a is a is a byproduct of the light that you shine on it, and so therein lies the problem. There's a lot of issues happening in the body of Christ, there's a lot of problems that people are trying to figure out, and they're trying to do it in their own strength and power. But I want you to understand tonight that if you are seeing things in light of the word of God, because the word of God declares that the word is a lamp unto my feet. So the word of God is light, it's perpetual light. And we're gonna talk about that tonight. Can you say hallelujah? But I'm telling you, if I blocked off everything, if we went into the janitor's closet, which we're not, because I'm not creepy, but if we were in that janitor's closet and there was just no light source at all, and I said, you know, we we walk in there, it's like what what what color am I wearing? You wouldn't be able to tell what color I'm wearing. If all of a sudden there was a pink light that was was was was was shining on a white shirt, all of a sudden that white shirt looks what? Pink. If there was a blue light that was shining down on a white blanket, that blanket now becomes what? Blue. But is that blanket white, pink or blue? The blanket is white. Because in the natural light you see everything very clearly. Back when I was in in in uh attacked in my body, and I had lost a third of my weight, and I was just the the door swung open because that's just how the devil attacks. He he he attacks you in your health, and all of a sudden you open a big fat door to fear, and it comes in, and it just like, you know, it makes a nice, comfy, cozy home in your in your in your in your heart and in your life and in your mind, and all of a sudden it just starts to tell you what to do. It's to it it tells you where to go, right? And so all of a sudden I'm in this thing and I'm overwhelmed and I don't know how to get out of it. And finally I just get on my hands and knees. It was 2026, uh, not 2026, thank God. Uh 2016, and it was January, and I'm crying out to God in this time of of prayer and fasting, and I said, God, I need a new life, uh, a new lease on life. I need a greater understanding as to like what's actually happening here. And so I just started to read the word of God. Turn to your neighbor and say, It's that simple. That's it. I I just started, I picked up the Bible and I started to read it, but I wasn't reading it to be cute like most other times. Like it wasn't just like here's a checklist, I'm just gonna read Genesis 1 and 2 today. It was like I was thirsting for the truth. I had to figure out what the heck was going on because I knew something was going on, and it was far past what I saw with my natural eyes. And when I cracked that thing open, all of a sudden, light was shed abroad on the inside of me. And what I thought to be true was actually not true. It was deception. I was buying into a lie that this fear was gonna take me out, that I was gonna die uh uh before God said it was time to go, that I was gonna, uh uh Jonathan was gonna uh have to remarry, Camila would have to have a stupid stepmom. And so I was already there. I already, you know, I had already in my mind been dead and buried. I had relived that time and time again because it happened so many times. And so I I remember like like getting in the word of God and thinking to myself, this is this is the reality. What am I what have I bought into? And then I got really frustrated because I was like, I've been I've been lied to. And who was the one lying? Me. I was the one lying to myself, I was the one creating that narrative just based on the things that I saw. But the truth is that it's not how I saw it. I was interpreting it incorrectly, according to the word of God. So when there seems to be no hope, God says that there's hope. When there seems to be no way, God says that there's a way. And so what are we going to believe? Because whatever we believe is the light that we uh uh put on that situation. So if it's a light of fear, then all of a sudden your your reality is is totally it's it's it's morphed, it's distorted. But if it's the word of God, then everything comes into clarity. Then your problem doesn't seem like a problem. Because the Bible says he works everything out for my good. Why? Because I love him and I'm I'm called according to his purpose. He works all things together for the good of what? Those who that's you, say that's me. So see, if I'm seeing my life in that in that light, then why am I afraid? See, because if this place was completely dark and I'd say, everybody run to the net to the nearest exit. You know, there's snakes and spiders here. First of all, if that was the case, Jonathan would supernaturally grow wings and like, you know, Batman his way up out of here. He hates spiders and snakes. But the truth is, is that you wouldn't be able to tell where to go. But if we just put on one little candle, it would give enough light to show us a way out. And so all you need is a little bit of light to shine down on that situation so that you could see things clearly. Because at times things might look pink, they might look blue, the doctors might say, You're gonna die. You only have a couple months to live, it's stage four, it's all over your body. That's the light that's being shined, and you're seeing it, there's truth to it, or you could do what the word of God says and believe his report. The Bible says, Whose report are you gonna believe? I will believe what? The report of the Lord. See, that's the light that I want you to see here today. The light that you shine upon a thing, that light governs what is seen. So if you're if you're looking at it at your situation in it with the with the light of fear, you're gonna see things messed up. If you're looking at it with the light of lack, then you're gonna want to give up and quit. If you're looking at it with the eyes of faith, then all of a sudden this is gonna be an easy thing. See, the way you perceive things, the way you view things is everything. So, what is the purpose of light? Number one, are you ready? To expose what's there without light, reality's still there, you just can't see it, and I found that so fascinating that the very first kind of light came from who God was. So that was the first light that was shed abroad, and then there was the sun, and then there was the moon, and so we understand that there's a light that we have to fine-tune in our lives in order to see things clearly because light always exposes the truth, it reveals what's hidden, it removes every kind of uncertainty. So it doesn't matter how bad it is, if you have the light of you of God's word, that revelation power come abroad on the inside of you, then you can never be hoodwinked, you'll never be able to be in fear. You can't, you see things clearly. Can you say hallelujah? Psalm 119, 130 says, the entrance of your word gives light. That's what the word of God has the power to do. And so at times you're going to have to dismiss what your natural eyes are seeing, and you're gonna have to allow the word of God to permeate on the inside of you and do what it does best and shed light abroad and the inside of you. The entrance of thy words give light. Let me see it in the amplified. I want to see it. From here on out, you can do amplified. Whoever's in the back, I'm so proud of you. Just trying to be positive. The entrance and unfolding of your words give light. Their unfolding gives understanding, discernment, and comprehension to the simple. Turn to your neighbor and say, That's me. See, the the truth is that light doesn't create the truth, it just reveals it. And so we have to be in tune with the word of God to understand what that actually means. You know, uh, Jesse, not Jesse Duplanis, Jerry Savell. I was listening to one of his podcasts many, many years ago, and he said, truth, the definition of truth is uh I'm gonna butcher it, but just stay with me. Uh the definition of truth is is the the highest, your highest reality. So somebody's highest reality is that I am a a pony. I'm not a female, I'm not a male, I'm a pony. Somebody somebody believes that. Somebody believes that they are uh the a furry. There's furry conventions. Have you guys ever heard of it? Terrible, it's demonic, it's nasty. There's a furry every year, somebody puts on a thing, a mascot, and just goes out there and pretends like this is normal. Do you know what I'm saying? They think that's normal because that's the highest, that's that's the highest form of their reality. So, you know, it it it it I'd like to say that the word of God is truth. It is, but is it true for you? I don't know. Because there's certain things that you might give more value or place more value than the word of God, and if it's anything outside of the word of God, then that's gonna be your reality. If you would rather the doctor's report, then that's your reality. If you'd rather emotions and feelings and all past hurts, if that is what you want to cling on to as the truth in your life, then that's what it's going to become. But if you take the word of God as your reality, then that begins to tell you what the truth of your world is. And let me tell you, at times it's great, at times it's not so great. Because you understand, like I did back in 2016, that I've been believing a lie and I've been in bondage and I didn't even know it. I'm a slave, I'm I'm I'm I'm totally uh uh you know in bondage and I didn't even know it. That's a terrible feeling, but boy, am I happy that I shed the light on that so that I didn't have to be in bondage anymore. Can you say hallelujah? Ephesians 5 13. Turn there with me. It says everything exposed by the light becomes visible. When anything is exposed and reproved by the light, it's made visible and clear. And where everything is visible and clear, there's light. See, that's what the word of God does. You do not have to be a victim anymore. You can put on the righteousness of God, you can put on his victory and his joy, and all of a sudden things begin to change in your life just because that light goes off on the inside of you. Can you say hallelujah? Amen. Number two, so we understand the light is there to expose, the light is there to guide, to show the way forward. Light doesn't show what is, it shows where you're going. It's gonna provide you direction, it's gonna provide you clarity, it prevents you from having to stumble and being frustrated and being locked up in a corner, not knowing what to do or where to go. If you find yourself there, it's time to turn the light on. That's the title of this message turn the light on. Well, why are we cycling through the same mess every single time? And this is where this comes from. It's like again with this report, again with this problem. What's going on? And there's some people that have experienced the goodness of God, they've experienced the miraculous power, his intervention, and all of a sudden, when the devil tries to come in and attack you again, it's like I guess it didn't work, and no, it worked. You just have to turn on the light because right now the darkness is trying to overwhelm that light. But luckily for you and I, we don't have to try to convince the darkness to go when we shed a light on whatever it is. When we turn on the light, we don't have to try to coerce the darkness to leave, it just goes. Can you say hallelujah? Psalm 119, 105. Your word is a lamp unto my feet and a light to my path. Light, it's a light unto my path. How can there ever be darkness in your life if God's light is on the inside of you? It doesn't make sense. Number three, light gives life, it sustains us, it energizes us. Can you say hallelujah? And everybody that lives in Pittsburgh said a resounding amen. Because we know what that's like, not having uh sunlight for 365 days. It it messes with I'm Puerto Rican. I am supposed to have light, so this doubly affects me. So your girl be tanning out there because I'm like mm-mm. I'm not supposed to be clear, I'm supposed to be caramel color. It affects my mood, it affects your mood. The sun was shining today, and all of you guys are happy in here. If it was raining with sleet out there, it'd be you and me and and Pastor Dean and Denise. Everybody else would just be like in bed, going to bed. So it it it it the light brings life. Can you say hallelujah? Nothing living ever survives without light. With light comes plant growth, with light comes the ability to process the vitamin D that gives you life and energy and mercy, Jesus. Everything is dependent on it. And the Bible says in John 1 4, it says that Jesus, John 1. For in him was life. What? That's a long in him was life, and the life was the light of men. This is talking about Jesus. And this is such a powerful thing. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light that we need to sustain us in our walk comes from who, Church? Jesus. We cannot live without Jesus. We cannot grow without Jesus. The word of God tells us who Jesus is. The word of God says in John 1:1, the Word of God, not all at once. The Word of God is God. Say that with me. The Word of God is God. So this is the light source that we need in our walk with Jesus Christ. We need Jesus. And I know that sounds kind of crazy, but I I don't care. After almost 20 years of ministry, I've seen some things. And some things recently where people try to do Christianity without Jesus. And then all of a sudden you're looking around and there's nothing but chaos and and and and desolation and death. But we understand as believers that we need that light source. And Jesus declared, I am the light of men. I am the life source. We need Jesus. Turn to your neighbor and say, I need Jesus. So I want you to understand this tonight. That you need the life of Jesus. You need this light to go off on the inside of you because without it, then there's chaos. Without it, there's gonna be fractures. Without it, there's gonna be perpetual darkness, consistent darkness. And we've got to get in there and make sure that we are pushing that darkness away. Can you say hallelujah? See, the fact is that darkness is not an opposing force. And I want you to know that. Darkness is simply the absence of there being light. We're not talking about darkness fighting with light. They're equals. No, they're actually not equal. Because the moment I turn on a light, does it have to try to convince darkness to go? Is there a fight? No, I'm gonna overwhelm you, light. Has anybody ever seen that? Because if you do, maybe just stay on the meds for a little bit. The truth is, the moment light shows up, darkness has zero defense. That's why in the Bible, John 1 5 says the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness cannot overcome it. This is not a battle. This is simply you having the ability to turn on the light whenever it gets dark. Turn to your neighbor and say, That's easy. Turn to your other neighbor and say, I can do that. It simply disappears. Isn't that fantastic? You don't have to fight, and that's what the truth of the word of God does in a person's life. You know, for a very long time I thought I was poor. Until I realized that I'm not poor, that I'm blessed, that I'm highly favored, that I'm the head always, the Bible says, and never at the bottom. That I'm blessed when I'm coming in and I'm blessed when I'm going out. I'm just a perpetual blessing. Turn to your neighbor and say, You're a blessing. But here's the thing: I had to be convinced of that. That word had to be illuminated on the inside of me. And the only way I could do that is by getting in the word, reading it, believing it, and speaking it. Do you know it's interesting that that uh uh we look at the very first thing that God revealed himself as, and that was what a creator. In the beginning, God created. It wasn't in the beginning God was power, in the beginning, God was love, in the beginning, God was compassionate. He said, in the beginning, God created. How did he create? By using his words, and it was the very words that were spoken that created the light. So this is our our mode of operation here on this earth. I'm telling you right now, you can you don't have to know somebody long to know where they're at in their Christianity. You just hear them talk. There was times in our lives, and I'm I'm putting you in there with me, where we didn't believe that we were blessed, where we thought that we were would have to struggle because we I I came from a life of struggling. My family struggled, but then all of a sudden Jonathan gets up here, Pastor Dean gets up here, uh the the pastors, whoever it might be, get get they get up here and they start preaching the reality of prosperity in your life, and that this isn't a side thing, this is part of the main thing. That by his poverty, he made you what, church? That's in the Bible. And if you don't like it and you have your panties in a bunch, I can't help you. But it's there nonetheless. By his poverty, Jesus took on our poverty so that I might be rich. Yeah, that's spiritual richness, but it's not just spiritual rich, just like it was with Abraham and all of our forefathers, Moses and down the line. So we have to understand that this truth became a reality in your life. How many of you guys, just because just hearing the preaching of the word of God, your finances have like shot up through the roof, and you're like, Yep, this is this is this is what it's all about. I got a revelation here at this church. There's many, many of you where all of a sudden you encountered that truth and it became a reality to you. And you didn't have to force it, and I still don't have to force it. The blessing, quite literally, just like Jonathan was talking about on Sunday, Pastor Jonathan, he said, the blessing overtakes me. So all I have to do is believe it. And those who believe it, the Bible says, obey. If you really believe it, if you really say that you love God, then you obey it, you do it. Turn to your neighbor and say, Nike. So Jesus is that same light. I am the light of the world. John 8 12. I was just talking about this with one of my friends earlier today. John 8.12. Once more Jesus addressed the crowd and he said, I am the light of the world. He who follows me will not be walking in the dark, but will have the light, which is what, church? Life. This life connotes that light that is given to us by who? Jesus. In him was life, and that life was the light of men. Can you say hallelujah? See, God Himself is that light, that sustaining light that declares to us our reality. We don't have to go based on what the world says is a reality because we understand the world's gone insane. We don't have to go based on what the doctors have told us. You'll never have a kid, you'll never bear, you'll never be able to buy that house, you'll never be able to finish that degree, whatever it might be. You don't have to go based on that negative report. You have to cling on to the word of God. Can you say hallelujah? Jesus didn't just bring the light, he is the light, and he's our life source. So if there's something that's dead, this is where we tackle it. There is an uh uh an understanding that if I need to be delivered from XYZ, then I need to have the light of God's word shed abroad on the inside of me that would bring that life to come to pass. And I'm telling you, it works. Turn to your neighbor and say it works. So where is this light now? Talking about the light. Matthew 5, 14. You are the what? The light of the world. Turn to your neighbor and say, You're shiny. You are the light of the world. It doesn't say that I have the light, it says that I am the light. Say, I am the light. That means that light of life that is on the inside of Jesus, you now carry that light. You carry his same nature. You don't borrow it every now and again, it doesn't dim every now and again, it's on the inside of you, turned on, and some of y'all don't even know it. And that's why it's important to see these things and to shine the light so that you understand what's actually happening. Because it's not that that that you the it's not the addiction, it's not the the cancer, it's not what you think it is, it's not what you're seeing with your actual natural eyes. There's a deeper root. And luckily for you and I, we have the resolve, and it's found on the inside of you. Say me. Darkness cannot overcome you. Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness cannot overcome it. That's you. Say that's me. The darkness in your life, whatever it is, whether it's fear, whether it's confusion, whether it's lack or oppression of any kind, it is not an equal force. You just have to recognize that there is a light that is absent, but the moment I turn that light on, all of that has to go. And then you gotta be convinced of it. Am I wearing feathers? Am I Asian? No. You guys were like, you know, a little trepidation there. I'm not. I haven't taken the blood test yet, but you know. Do I have a fruit hat on my head? No. And why is that? Why can you know that for certain? Because there's five, sixty lights shining right in my fat face, and you can see everything with clarity. Can you say hallelujah? There's no questioning when you see things with your eyes, and at times you're gonna have to be able to see things not with your physical eyes, but with your spiritual eyes. And the light that needs to come uh shed abroad has to be done within you. And it doesn't make sense in the logical mind, but we don't use the logical mind because these things are spiritual. This is a spiritual transaction, that's why you can't counsel a demon away from you, you cast it out. You can't put a bandage on an eating disorder, you cast it out. So this light that you have on the inside of you also connotes authority. You have the authority. Just like when when when I turn on the light, every form of darkness has to go. That's the kind of authority you bring to the table. I'm not fighting with this cancer, I'm just telling it to go. I'm turning on the light, I'm not fighting with this depression, we're not equals. I'm just telling it to go. And when you have that understanding, when you carry that kind of authority, everything changes. Can you say hallelujah? Because when light shows up, then all of a sudden the confusion goes. The fear no longer becomes fear, it actually is an authority that's created because you're so sick of being abused, the oppression then becomes freedom. Can you say hallelujah? So this isn't, we're not talking about a battle, for the battle has already been won. And if God be for us, who can be against us? What can be nothing can stand against the God that is on the inside of us? Can you say amen? So God said in Genesis 1:1:3, God said, Let there be light, and there was light. So I want you to understand a very simple truth here. Light in and of itself is released through what you say. And that's how we know where you're at, boo-boo. That's how we know where you're at. That's how I know where you're at. Because I can tell you right now, you can say, by his stripes, you are healed, by his stripes, we're heel, but it's just this back. My back is killing me. Well, what is it? Well, which one is it? So what you say matters. God spoke, and then all of a sudden, light appeared. And when you speak, say me. Then all of a sudden, light has to manifest. That's why we can't remain silent about a situation. That's why I want all us all to be loud. And you know what? God wants us to be loud too. Because the Bible says that He didn't give us the spirit of timidity, but of power, of love, and soundness of mind. He didn't call us to just keep things to ourselves, and all the husbands are like, dang it. And I have to hear this for the next six and a half hours. We didn't call us to keep things to ourselves, he didn't call us to keep this message to ourselves. He said, Go ye into all the world and what? Preach. Say that's me. Because I didn't hear no uh ministers, you know, say please take note. He just said, anybody who believes, go and preach the gospel to everyone everywhere. Preaching is proclaiming the word of God with strength and power. So he doesn't want you to be quiet about the situation. And let me tell you, I've been to some places, and the very first thing that I walk into, when it's a place of defeat or oppression or sadness or some kind of sickness, it's all the same atmosphere. It's quiet. There's a creepy piano playing. I don't know what that tune is, but all of a sudden it's just quiet piano. Mm-mm. Not when I come in there. I went to visit somebody today. I was like, what's good? I was ghetto about it. I was. The nurse looked at me and was like, What? Who is this? And this girl was like, That's my pastor. And she was like, wow. And I was I was visiting this lady and I was like, Why weren't you there on Sunday? Why weren't you at work today? She's in the hospital. Because I refuse to be sad about a situation that I know if I if I speak to that thing that has to go. Why would I be concerned? Don't waste my time, devil. I wish that more people would think a little bit more like that. Why are you wasting my time? Why have I cried about this for the last six years? Today is the day where those tears dry up supernaturally in the mighty name of Jesus. I refuse to give this any more credence in my life. Get the stepping. It's like that story that Kenneth Hagin would tell about that one little old lady who would be by the bus stop, and her dog would come out and just stand there with her. And she would say, Now go away, Lassie. Go back to the home. And she's still there waiting for the bus, and the Lassie wouldn't move. And she said, Now, Lassie, the bus is coming. You better go. And Lassie would stay. And then finally she sees that bus coming and she goes, Lassie, get! And all of a sudden that thing tucked its uh its tail between its legs and ran back into the house. And he said, That's the way you should be talking to the devil. You shouldn't be trying to coerce him into healing you and freeing you. And how dare you! Don't you know that this is my precious beloved son? The devil doesn't care about your little feelings, he doesn't care about your health, he doesn't care about your marriage. He actually wants to kill you. To steal, kill, and destroy you. So I would say, if there is somebody that comes into my house with those three things in mind, I'm gonna say, get the heck out of my house. But too many people would just like let them come in. Yeah, I guess, yeah. I was feeling bad. No. Say today is the end of every oppression in my life. Shoo. Thank you for repeating that. I really appreciate that. So what you say matters. So quit being silent about the situation and start speaking to it. The Bible says, you shall speak to that what? Mountain. We're not talking to God, we're speaking to that mountain. Womb I command you to be fruitful. Cancer, I command you to die. Marriage, I command you to flourish. That's how you talk to it. You're not asking God, Lord, if you could just intervene. It's just been really difficult. Turn to your neighbor and say, Turn the light on. You gotta turn the light on. This is where most people miss it in life. It's not a it's not a devil problem, it's not God withholding these things from you. I just don't understand why God would do it. He's that. At some point, you have to take dominion, you've got to take control of the situation. Do you want to know why? Because he said, These things you see me do, you will do, and greater. As you see me, so I send you. Start acting like God, start believing like God, start confessing like God, and then all of a sudden everything changes. This is really not that difficult. And I could tell you with certainty, when I was going through the darkest times in my life, when that light turned on in my life, the word of God, everything went away. Every sadness, every suicidal thought, every panic attack, and every strange movement in my body, my body was doing some crazy things. Everything came back into alignment. Why? Because I turned the light on. And then I thought to myself, it can't be this easy. And you know what the Holy Spirit told me? He said, It is that easy. Now go and tell everybody how easy it is. And when we turn on the light of the word, then we can't be in darkness. We cannot be coerced into believing something that's not there. But if that light of fear comes on and all of a sudden you're seeing that reality. What's our position? What is our job? Our job is to turn on a different light. And when we do, everything has to change. Can you say hallelujah? I want us to stand up on our feet. God is such a good God. And the devil is a bad devil. And if you get those two things like really etched, if you if you can just get that as the foundation. And in your belief system, that the devil doesn't really care, that the devil just hates my guts and wants me dead. And God is truly a good God. And the Bible says every good and perfect gift comes from God above. And whom there is no shadow, what is it? A shadow of turning or no variance. So that means God's not just gonna wake up one day and be like, you know what? I'm gonna smite you with cancer because I just I have an ingrown toenail and I'm ticked off today. Every good gift and every perfect, free, large, full gift is from above. It comes down from the Father of all that gives light, in the shining of whom there can be no variation, rising or setting or shadow cast by his turning as an eclipse. So there is no shadow in God, there is no darkness, he is altogether good, and he's for you, he's not against you. And the devil has his slimy, stupid hand, he has a way of just deceiving people because that's the only way he can get you to believe in something opposite of the truth of God's word. It's it's it's it's it's deception, it's so that you could get intoxicated with what your optical eyes are seeing instead of getting intoxicated with what the word of God declares. But I want you to know tonight that darkness isn't something that you're fighting, it's something that you have to turn on in your life. The light of God's word has to be turned on, and this is something that nobody else can do for you. I've been suffering for six months, bleeding continually. I had the best people praying for me, and I'm like, it's not working. Maybe we could resurrect Billy Graham from the dead and he could lay hands on me. But Jonathan, no offense, it's not working. You fast some more. But it wasn't, it wasn't, God, God didn't want to use it that way. Because there was something He was showing me through that moment, those moments. You could do this yourself, you could believe it yourself, you can command it to go yourself, and it will happen. And I'm telling you, once I saw the reality of that, then life became easy. You know, life is not supposed to be a burden. If God says, Come to me if you are heavy laden and burden, and I will give you what? Rest. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is what? Light. He wants to be that that sustaining power in your life. All you have to do is drop off the heavy burden in your life. All of the cares, all of the concerns, all of the fears, that's your job. Pastor Dean can't do that for you. If you're gonna worry, if you're gonna be anxious, that's the that's that's the that's the load you have to bear. At some point, you gotta like let it go and say, God, I want it your way. I don't want it my way. I've tried it my way and I've seen defeat, I've seen the difficulty in it, but I drop it off at your feet because I understand once you shed that light of revelation on the inside of me, I'll never be in this kind of bondage again. And let me tell you, I will never be in that kind of bondage again. Because I know how to break free from it. I just turn on the light. And I'll tell you, there's no greater miracle in a person's life than to identify the life source, the light source in your life. Because when you do it, then God is the only one that gets the credit, get gets the credit for it. You know, I I am so uh I'm so thankful for the methods that God has given us in healing and deliverance. And for some people, that is that is their very first encounter with God. It's like they came to one of the services, Jonathan laid hands on them, and all of a sudden the miracle manifestation, power of God came on the inside of them, and everything changed. That's wonderful. Turn to your neighbor and say, that's awesome. But there's a way that you don't have to be a revival groupie in order to get what you want from God. You know you don't have to come up here every single time and have somebody lay hands on you and bless you and pray about the same thing you've been praying about for the last three and a half years. You know you don't need that because there's a light source on the inside of you, and that light source gives life, it brings you to truth, it brings you to the reality of what's actually happening. It's not a broken marriage, it's not because your wife is a witch, it's not because your husband is just out there working all the time, there is a deeper root. It might be ingratitude. Do you know how many things have stripped people just because they have a uh uh an attitude that is not thankful and all you're seeing is negative? Do you know how many times people have been stripped of the blessing of God because they just carry that kind of attitude and perspective on life? Turn to your neighbor and say, Hell no, not me. I refuse to be that person because that's a reality. You're casting a shadow. I don't want to do that, I want to walk in this light, I wanna see the benefit of this light, and in order for me to do so, I've gotta be able to be convinced that this is the way that I should go. And if the word declares it, then it is so. If he says that I'm the head, then I'm the head. I'm not gonna question it. If he says that I'm healed, then I'm already healed. I don't have to try to please just pray one more time because the doctor said it got worse. What? At some point, you gotta be convinced of it. Can you say hallelujah? I want us all to bow our heads, and if there's anybody here ever in this in this room, ever, in this room, that has never made Jesus Christ Lord and Savior of your life. I want you to put your hand up and say, Pastor, I need to make it right with God tonight because I am not right with him. If he came tonight, I know with certainty that I would miss the rapture. I would miss it. If I died tonight, I would not be in heaven with him. Because the truth is that you have to not just believe that he is Lord and Savior of your life, but you gotta confess it with your mouth. There's a declaration that produces life, and we talked about it, and it's the same method that God used in Genesis 1:1 that He'll use tonight for the people that want it. You gotta declare and confess out of your mouth that Jesus is Lord and Savior of your life, and then what happens? You will be saved. And so, if there's never been a moment in your life where you made that declaration, you made that proclamation out of your mouth that Jesus, I will serve you all the days of my life. If that has never happened, I want you to turn your uh put your hand up and say, Pastor, that's me. I've never made Jesus Lord and Savior of my life. And I need to do so tonight in Jesus' name. I can't see any hands. There is a hand. I see that hand. I want you to come up. Yes, come up. Pray this with me. If there's anybody else, I want you to turn to your neighbor and say, Are you ready to meet the Lord tonight? Yes, Lord, yes, Lord. If they said no, I want you to grab a chokehold around their neck and bring them. Yes, Lord, yes, yes, Lord. Yes, sir, yes, sir. Yes, Lord. Anyone else? Am I waiting for anybody? Nobody's walking? Praise God. Why don't you uh extend uh a hand out towards your sister and I want you to pray this prayer with me? Are you ready? Say, Heavenly Father, forgive me of my sin. I believe that Jesus is Lord and Savior of my life. He died on the cross, but rose again on the third day to break every oppression, every form of darkness in my life. I will serve you all the days of my life in Jesus' name. And all God's people said, Amen. I thank you for sealing it with your blood today. I thank you that you'll be present and come back for us in Jesus' name. And from this moment forward, I thank you for turning it all around for good in Jesus' name. Amen.
