Dr. Fastnacht is the superintendent of Bismarck Public Schools after previously working as the Assistant Superintendent for Mandan Public Schools. His career in education began as an elementary teacher in 1991. He was hired as principal in Ellendale, ND in 1996. His path eventually led him to Mandan, ND and now to Bismarck, ND. Dr. Fastnacht is known in Bismarck as a leader who is very present in schools and we have greatly appreciated all the work he has done so far.
