The country with the highest cocaine use is Albanian with 2.5% of the population using the drug. Scotland is runner up and England and Wales, on 2.25%, just miss out on third place to the United States. 
Albanian drug gangs are the major supplier of cocaine to the UK, a relatively recent development that has happened over the past 10 years. The youth of Albanian are leaving their homeland to become street runners and dealers in Europe were they use fake id to try to avoid deportation as illegal immigrants.
This podcast gives a brief history of the rise of Albanian drug gangs with a special focus on the East Sussex city of Brighton.
