Tiff is a Relational Leadership & Presence Coach, speaker, and writer who supports people in coming home to themselves.

She often works with those who identify as sensitive and intuitive, guiding them in cultivating self-trust, reclaiming their voice, and redefining softness as power - so they can lead with peace and presence in every area of life.

Before becoming a coach, Tiff studied psychology and biology at UCLA and worked in consulting and tech, eventually leading a team of 200 editors at Grammarly.

From leaving the corporate world and navigating grief to stepping fully into her gifts, Tiff brings a rare mix of depth, vulnerability, and grounded insight - the kind that invites us to share our own gifts, especially the ones we don't yet recognize, without leaving any part of ourselves behind.
