Happenings 'Round the Neighborhood
Happenings 'Round the Neighborhood is a podcast dedicated to providing timely and engaging coverage of our Baymen Men’s Club and active adult community, new and local events. We're just a bunch of retired guys who talk about topics of interest, reminisce about the old days, and have some fun. Our hosts and guests are passionate about our neighborhood and committed to bringing you the latest updates and insights, while not forgetting entertainment and a touch of humor.

In this edition we review our recent Baymen Karaoke Party which always brings a lot of laughs to those who attended whether they were singers…. or attendees…or even reluctant singers who gave it a shot and were glad they did.
We introduce a new segment to our Podcast called “Both Sides of the Fence” where we discuss some issues within our community that have several viewpoints both in support of and opposed. Sometimes these discussions around the neighborhood can get quite heated
But our hosts break them down and attempt to provide both sides of the issues.
Today we discuss:
Should all residents have access to our community pool even during reserved paid events whether they pay the admission fee or not?
And…Should our non-sanctioned clubs, including the Men’s and Women’s Clubs, be allowed to use community facilities for their events?
This may cause quite a stir, and we welcome your input by email at BaymenPodcast@gmail.com or voicemail at (609) 812-2949.
Enjoy.
