In this episode we got a chance to sit down with a 36 year veteran of the fire service. Matt spent 30+ years as a Captain with the city of Fremont CA, before relocating to Northern Nevada as a Division Chief of training, and is now the Fire Academy coordinator for Shasta College. Matt’s entire resume is too long to list, and his extensive USAR background is legendary. Matt is a huge mentor of ours and we had a great conversation ENJOY!
