Jennifer McNerney:

Welcome to the Ripple Effect. I am your host Jen McNerney, sharing the unfolding stories that made us and healed us.

Jen:

I'm so excited to introduce our next guest. I have Mark the Aquila. He's a Floweres Essence therapist and I was just chatting with Mark that Mark is actually, you're my first guest. That I haven't actually met in person. We know each other through mutual healers, chiropractors, and people. And I just wanna say welcome to the show. Thank you for being on. And I, yeah, I'm gonna have all the questions about flower essences and the sprays that I just use intuitively. I'm like, oh, I like this one, or I like how this one feels, but I really don't know the ins and outs of what you do. And I can give us a little background of what it is. I can even hold them up. I brought them here. I have all of Mark's, not all of Mark's phrase, but I have a lot of Mark's phrases up here at the cabin, and I'm familiar with Mark's work through a training called Creative Emotional Wizardry, and you and Dr. Randall Roberts have all these sprays that kind of. Go with that modality. So yeah, tell me how you hooked up with Dr. Robers. That's gotta be a story.

mark:

So, I met Dr. Roberts in 2016 in Las Vegas, through another doctor. Out there at a seminar and, it, it was a brief meeting, but he at the time, I had my, my, I still have my kits and he bought some kits and and that was that. And then it wasn't actually until a few years later, my. Brother who is a chiropractor in New York. He was at Dr. Robards seminar in Los Angeles, and I don't know the ins and outs, but basically it was a, it was a, like a kind of a real instantaneous hit that your brother needs to make these and.

Jen:

So I could see Dr. Robert's doing that. Yeah. Yeah.

mark:

So Dr. Yeah, yeah. So like I wasn't even really part of it. Ok.

Jen:

I really, that's so funny to me. Cause you would think, like the way that Dr. Roberts talks about your sprays and your work, it's oh, you must be like so familiar with each other.

mark:

Yeah. Well, meaning Like the way my brother described to me, like all of a sudden, like the hit came through to Robs and he just like killed my brother. And then like maybe the next day or something contacted me and was like, you need to make this spray. I don't think he said you need to. I don't know. He might've paraphrasing. So the first one was nosa, the NOA spray. And so I was like, okay, I can do that. so I asked him, what is nosa? Gimme all the information you have on it. And then, so I just read up on what he shared with me and and then I asked him, What, yeah, like what we'll look for, with those sprays. So start with the notes and then it, it grew into a whole bunch of others, so I'm sure your listeners will understand this. But

Jen:

Basically, it sounds like you guys co-create these. Sprays gather with your each of your expertise and what his intention was for this yes yes.

mark:

So, so then I basically sat down with a whole list of all my essences and just asked to like, contact the blueprint of this notes up, spray, that's two B. And I put together, I worked basically like putting together formulas, sending it to him. Try this. Okay. And then we tweak what needed to be tweaked. So it's kind of like, okay, what is this? Does this need, okay. No, we're 80% there. Okay. So basically it was this kind of back and forth like that. it was the first my, yeah, kind of like one of my first collaborations and And, yeah. Yeah, it was really fun. and and then that grew into eventually 12. It started with nine, grew into 12,

Jen:

Right because I have connection to create or that spray. And because I'm Theda healing trained. I use this a lot just because I want to be a clear conduit with my clients. That's why I'm really loved, being connected to the creator spray. I spray this before sometimes during, and then there's some metaphysical yuck that I pull off. And so, yeah, I have found your sprays to be really helpful. I'm really very sensitive being so they just helped me and support me and aid me and being a more clear conduit and also when i'm in person i noticed if we just released something big i take out my entity realist way and i'm like hey i'm just going to spray this and everybody feels a lot better I don't know why it helps. Why does it help mark tell us

mark:

Here's a funny thing I'll say, and I love this answer to the why question. And, I feel like it's this funny answer that doesn't make sense, but makes sense. I remember the why question. Someone said to me, why is a crooked letter? And I was like, there's a lot of information in that. So, well, it like, how does it work

Jen:

Yeah, I know there's science behind it. Like you have your cranial nerve or your senses, your all factory nerve. Like I know there's science behind this Limbrick shift. So yeah what's the science for flower therapy and flower us any information you have i'm very very remedial in my understanding i'm just an intuitive energetic person so i just feel the shifts

mark:

You know, honestly, I think that's truly the best. yeah. I, and I be, because like we could sit here and discuss like how wise and all that and I personally don't find that very interesting. it's within a context, but like the way these were came into being was so non-linear.

Jen:

So, yeah. Tell us like how you, what was your first introduction to flower essences? Well, yeah,

mark:

My first introduction was a funny introduction. This was probably, I wanna say maybe 1997 or eight and back in 1997 or eight. And if you're a younger person, you may not understand this. There were there, there really wasn't the internet and you couldn't really go and search for things. And there were also a lot of small, independent businesses. And I worked at one and it was a health food store. And I kind of reflect on that time when health food stores were actually way more than the health food store. Everything's become this whole foods conglomerate big box. But back then the health food store was really a place for all things different. I remember customers coming in, doing. Same a and these weird energetic techniques and reading about things. and the owner, she would bring in all these bazaro things that, that it was the only place at the time to come across them. And so I share that to say that at the time, like I felt like I had been exposed to a lot of different things, or Veda, I knew what that was. Macrobiotics, aromatherapy. Herbalism, homeopathy, all this. And then I'm packing., I'm doing some work at the store and I see this book on flower essences, and I was like, what? So take the book out and I'm reading it and I'm like, I have no idea what they're talking about. Not a clue. And I could tell by what I'm reading that they're not talking about herbs. They're not talking about essential oils. So I was like, alright, yeah. So it was this real deep curiosity of what are they even talking about? and then I don't remember the whole timeline, so I remember a rep representative from the Nelson Bach. A company came, and at that time, reps would come to the store and they would sit down with the staff and they would do little trainings. They would educate the staff on the products. And I remember, she gave her little presentation on the box remedies and said, Hey, does everyone try'em? She made us little blends based upon just, an informal questionnaire. And I remember taking these drops like, okay, so I'm taking four drops three to four times a day, and then like within like a week, I'm like, things are different. Like I feel different. I'm responding differently. My outlook is different. I could feel this subtle shift in my awareness in how I'm interacting. The people around me with my own inner self, with my own insecurities, my own doubts and fears, et cetera, et cetera. And I was like, whoa, okay. Like we're talking drops here.

Jen:

So like that. Got you. Probably.

mark:

Yeah. Yeah. And so it was just like, all right, great. And, just would read all that I could. I found some more essences to explore with and just so curious.

Jen:

Did you have a mentor to teach you about these flower essences or were you just learning through obviously the remedies and the books that are out there?

mark:

For a very long time, it was just me trying things and and then, in 2003 I did, meet a mentor and I got to spend some time down, actually this was in Philadelphia and I did some little classes and learned more, and it really broadened my perspective of what's possible. Broadened my understanding of how much more there is to these than even is written down. and I just kept going with, then it was actually, shortly after that I did wind up moving to California and It was there that I then began to explore, plants and flowers where I was living and stuff.

Jen:

So mark is this like your main gig now? Like you ha you have this wonderful website, essence alchemy.com where you can order. All these different things these kids the sprays and you even have one-on-one offerings right your offerings are broad yeah but pre flower essences. I love stories. You'd like my background is a speech therapist. Isn't always asking these questions. About, How are you the way that you are now and those kinds of investigative questions like the who, what, when, where and why? So yeah tell me a little bit more

mark:

so I moved. Out to California to work for a raw food company. And while I was working for them, so this was 2004, there was someone else who was brought on at the same time as I was, who developed a retail,, developed this online brand into a retail. And I became the sales rep for Southern California from like San Diego to like San Lu Obispo. I did that for a number of years., it was,, probably 2012. so there's other little bits along the way. So in 2009, my mentor said to me, send me your Es. Send me what essences you have. And I was like, okay. So I sent him what I had, and at the time I had 36. And it just so happens that 36 essences fit perfectly into these six by six boxes. And, that was that. A couple years later I was talking with him and he says to me like, your essence is always tests when I'm working with people and there's childhood trauma that needs to be cleared. I said, okay. So he's like, in my office and with the other people working office, we call it the trauma kit. And I was like, okay. And so then that kind of began to expand as more people who were, who work solely with flower Essences began to use that kit. And my brother is a, AK doc in New York.

Jen:

Yeah. most of the people, or even I've learned that ak uh, applied kinesiology, we use it in neuro emotional technique, muscle testing. That's what you mean by when you say the person always tests you. They're probably using applied kinesiology and muscle testing. Testing the person's body for what does the body really need and what's the highest. Priority. So I like to clear that up. I've had many chiropractors on this podcast and we've talked about muscle testing. Yet I really like to drive it home to make sure that anybody who's listening will understand when we say the person tests for. So, yeah.

mark:

Yeah. Yeah.

Jen:

So your trauma kit was like the very first kit where they're like, wow, we use this. We're noticing that these people are always testing for releasing childhood trauma or wounds or whatever that looks. stored

mark:

emotions. Yeah. And, and so kind of like, like it's ki in a way,, and I think I even say it on my website, like I never called it, I would never actually be so bold of my own self to say I have trauma kit. And so I was actually talking with a colleague when she said, why don't, why didn't you just call it that? And I was like, I dunno, really. I could just do that, my own sort of sense of okay, like humbleness was like, so I did that and and, so like I said, my brother had been using them in his practice, and really enjoying it and giving me feedback. And he's the one who told me, he's like, why don't you send these, to just send'em to his mentor in Las Vegas? And I was like, really? Just send him a box of essences. no con like, there you go. Yeah. I was like, ah. I was like, oh, okay. And so I just sent him the box and then A week later, he calls me up, he's like, send me another box. Okay. You're like, and he is like, and then that's how the essence is moved into, that's how he met Roberts. That's how I met. Dr. Sahara, I dunno if you know him.

Jen:

Yeah. I met Dr. Sahara at the last CW seminar. He's wonderful.

mark:

Yeah. There was a whole crew of people that became Oh. Started using them and then, started giving me feedback, giving me different insights that I hadn't had about them, and like new information, and I just like, what, so

Jen:

And good thing. You've had people to help you through that humbleness of you being you, and maybe doing some, any teed in to let me know and remind you how awesome you are.

mark:

Yeah, exactly. Yeah. Because it was just because I'm not AK doc, I'm not in that world. And then all these people are like sending me. You're like, whoa, this is amazing. And I'm like, what are you even doing over there? I don't even I don't even know what you're doing over there. First of all, so you know, its just

Jen:

Yeah. Yeah. I just had a chiropractor on recently, Dr. Riley. And he was saying, even for him, the first time he saw muscle testing, he was like, what the witchcraft is going on here. It just looks really weird. Right?

mark:

Like, like close your eyes open, your eyes look too

Jen:

yeah. You're like, okay. And you just. You turn your head or you do this or whatever, it looks so weird, but yes, that's how. Muscle testing is how I actually healed from Lyme and various co-infections. So as weird as it looks, I really don't care. It works. And it works, you know?

mark:

Yeah. Yeah. I mean like, you know what else looks weird when I'm dragging out? On the highway. I look at some lady putting on mascara while she's driving. This looks weird too. I actually saw that today, so, wow. Yeah. Come on, like we're going 70 miles an hour. Can you. Basically aluminum like, yeah,

Jen:

oh, my gosh. You're so right. Everybody is so distracted while driving. I could look to the right and see somebody actually responding to a text message. Barely looking up at the road and i am often thinking wow it's kind of amazing there aren't more crashes There may be. there are more crashes i don't know.

mark:

yeah. No, it's funny I bring that up cause I saw that today and it's literally I'm not a very rules oriented person except like on the road and driving. I'm like, okay, rules are important.

Jen:

Yeah, you're like going so fast So anyway, so your kits have taken off in the last, I know, few years or years plus you started sending these kits to doctors and then they're now utilizing them in their practice. These AK doctors are testing for them on their patients, so, I've been using them on myself, looking at my own bottom beliefs or, and I recently got your shame kit and as a recovering people pleaser, it's just helping me own my triggers in a weight and an awareness that's just coming with grace and ease for me. Yeah. Especially when you're going that fast. Yeah. So anyway. Your kids. I have been, I don't know, they've been taking off in the last few years. Right. And I will say that I recently ordered your shame kit. The same hat. And have been using them on myself as. As well as with my patients. And. Because of what I do and looking for bottom beliefs that just really has been helping. I can speak for myself. Own my own triggers in a way. And then an awareness that's just coming with grace and ease for me. And yeah. It's been, it's been a wild. An awesome journey'cause we're talking drops of these. Tinctures of your flower essences and the shifts have been subtly. Profound

mark:

Yeah. Results speak for themselves, right? Like people feel better. What more do you need to know?

Jen:

Yeah, I know that's the thing about whether muscle, like with muscle testing, people get over whether that looks weird or not real quick, when they feel better.

mark:

Yes, yes. Yeah. Yeah. It's a good driving or

Jen:

Yeah. Yeah. So, so did you like your brother? It's so interesting. Do you have this healing genetics or lineage? He's a chiropractor. Yeah. Are you guys, is he older, younger. What's like your birth?

mark:

He's younger. Okay. Yeah. And yeah, we kind of, I will say we both got interested in how outside of the orthodoxy, like a long time ago, I grew up, we grew up in New Jersey. And, is a radio

Jen:

In, in like the city here or like, the woodsy area.

mark:

Kinda like the suburbs. Pretty like 20 minutes from New York, so a little woodsy, not woodsy, suburban. And, we would listen to, W B A I, which is a independent radio station, and Gary Nall was on the radio, which I think he's still on, W B A I and, he's not like super well known, but he's like a really, so back then hearing, getting information that wasn't through the orthodox channels, especially by health, it wasn't like it is now at all. And so, We would listen to Gary Noll and he'd share these wild things and just talking about just different ways and just knowing I wanted to feel better. Just feel better,

Jen:

Like, um, was there an event for you? For example? I was a pretty sickly kid being put on this antibiotic. I grew up in the eighties, so I'm a Gen X kid. And yeah, our food, oh man, our food, I just, we didn't have a lot of awareness where I grew up outside of Chicago and it's getting better there, but you know, there's still a lot of people are just, In that programming of like Chicago, Cub, Chicago, Paris, and yeah. I'm just curious like,

mark:

Like it's hard to say. I, I don't remember actually like, having, an event. It was more of like I just always was the kind of person, and I still am like, whatever you're doing over there, you just, you don't look happy. You don't seem happy. I'm always just inclined to eat healthier. And then just being aware that hearing about disease, I can remember I this a little kid, I'm like, wait, so nobody's like actually doing anything? we're just like talking about Diabetes or cancer or whatever, but you're just going along on this track, and something didn't make sense to me. And so like I just started to explore oh, let me try ma what's macrobiotic like? And I, oh, let me microbiotic. Oh wow, that's, that feels, and I was like, wow. Like actually, like the food I'm eating, like I can feel it. Like it's changing how I think. and so it's just that kind of self-empowerment, which is I think what really drew me, it was like, oh, this is about you making choices to empower yourself to feel better, so you could just be a happier person. And I was like, no one else is saying this. my parents aren't saying this, they're not saying this anywhere else, but This kind of guy on the radio saying it, and oh, when I try it like, Ooh, yeah. Ooh, I like this.

Jen:

So you would like listen to this guy on the radio with your brother. Both of you. That is so cool. So i'm actually

mark:

Yeah. Yeah. And then, just trying different things. fasting and whatnot. And

Jen:

You, you were probably doing fasting well before. It was like an ad you.

mark:

Yeah, yeah. I know., I was like, I remember like my favorite food was I would get Ezekiel bread, tahini and grind up cheese seeds and I was like, I know who cheese these were like, but

Jen:

and probably at the same time I was putting like spray cheese on a cracker, I just didn't have an awareness, so it's just so funny.

mark:

Another thing that kind got me interested in this kind of vein was I found this book on yoga, and the book was like written in the sixties. And I remember looking at some of these images of this yogi doing these postures, cleaning his nose out with some kind of cloth. And one pivotal thing that happened was I got a job in New York and I had to be at the job at 7:00 AM. Which means I had to get up at 6:00 AM and I was like, I don't what like this is. And I was like, you know what? I'm gonna get up at 4:30 AM and I'm gonna start doing yoga from this book.

Jen:

I love that. Is there like a flower essence for that kind of motivation? We'll all be taking that.

mark:

It was just a realization of wait, I'm not, I don't take some time and do something for myself. I'm gonna get home. I'm gonna get home at three or four. I'm gonna be cooped. And then what? and it was just, it was along those lines too. It's funny. I just remembered that to doing that. And so basically it was like, okay, what can I do for myself? And so that's, So bring it back to Essences, and that's where Essences began to fit in within my own life. Oh, like I can do this for myself. I don't need, I don't, it doesn't require like some, whatever, some outside authority.

Jen:

So, mark, I really don't know anything about this. Do you grow your own herbs or do you just go out in the wild and find flowers or you get it from like a trusted source? Ah, do you have a farmer? Do you know a farmer? Yeah. I don't even know what the word for it is. Like, uh, like how do you, how do you go about.

mark:

Well, a lot of, many of the, of my essences are just way out into the wild and made, so there was like really a big piece of what flowers haven't been. Made like that, that's what really got me most curious. And so when I lived in Southern California, I would just drive out to the desert, drive out to the mountains and just, scout and go out and make things. And, that's, it's very, it's very interesting too, bringing it up. Cause it's been an active question for me lately because, one thing is I spent, a couple months in France in 2010 and I made a bunch of essences there and I'm like, what's the feasibility of actually going back and doing that now? And then, I have a, I have essences for Mount Shasta and there's one particular one. Pence them on that. Like I'm low on. I'm like, oh, need to make it. And I was gonna do it in 2020. That didn't happen. And then 2021 didn't happen. And so I finally went last year and like when I make an essence, I write on the bottle, the location, the date so that I can track and go back. And I went back. There was nothing there. Like the season, like the Mountain Mount Shasta had basically no snow on it. Everything was just, probably plant had probably flowered a month before and I was like, what is he like? Like it's really become a bigger question of should I continue, in that vein? So now that I have a house, I've been trying to grow more things, seeing what I can grow and so that I don't have to, I like to travel, but actually post covid, I'm finding travel was really not as fun.

Jen:

The whole flying thing. Yeah. Yeah. Like maybe get an RV or something like that.

mark:

Yeah. Something like that, because,

Jen:

Or build a community or something. We're up here, up here in the mountains and I'm at my mountain cabin and we have a all these wild flowers right now because we've gotten a boatload of rain in Colorado recently to maybe create a Network where we're like, Hey, mark over here. The flowers are over here now, so

mark:

yeah. And then if we kind of had the idea of like, what's some other surrogates, but that also kind of comes back to the essence, the flower has as much to do with the plant and the flower as it does with the matrix of the environment as well. Like the Mount Shasta kit was very interesting kit to make. I didn't wanna make it, so I made it in 2011. Most of them I made in 2011. I saw this fr, this group of essences from France that I was still researching and I was like, I really don't want more to do. And, but I was up in Mount Shasta for an event and. Okay. One plant, like one plant, like really called me. I was like, okay, I gotta make this one essence. All right., and then I, and then the event was over, and I left. And then I came back and it was just like the plants had just were like me over here, over here. And I just up there for, I dunno, like two weeks just. And it happened so fast. They were just like, boom, boom, boom. And it was just like, all right, this is happening. I'm doing this

Jen:

I love this. You're describing the consciousness of the matrix, the, we have these lay lines and all these things that the earth is, and when you're a clear conduit and that you're, when you're listening, that's why when I think I go on a hike when up at the mountains you're like, oh, the land knows I'm aware. So if you, you just listen.

mark:

which, there's a wonderful thing you say because one thing I like to say about Essence is, and I don't know, I got, I'll just speak for that. I feel like in one part there, there're a very relational therapeutic tool, like meaning You can have a relationship with the essence you take the drops and you can relate to it and and yeah, like a lot, like me being open to this relationship with the plants led to these things being made. like to come back to Mount Sha, the one thing I got really clearly, so muffin is alpine zone. Alpine zones are very, it's an environment that is not designed for a lot of activity. Don't remember exactly which essence, but I remember I was in process making one. Just got the really clear message, like you could bring this to people in large numbers, but you can't bring large numbers of people to this place. Okay. because if you bring a hun, if you bring 20 people to an Alpine environment, you can't just, he just roam around. You're gonna, you're gonna do serious harm to. To, to this very delicate, very short lived, thing. It's covered in no. And then, you know, for a short period of time it's not, and then everything happens and then it's, yeah. Yeah, it's, uh

Jen:

Gosh, I'm even more intrigued now, so I guess I'll be on my hikes now and think of you, mark, feeling the land out. I know it's not my gift, but I, what I do know is that I have benefited and I have a relationship with your flower essences, so thank you. I'm noticing these subtle shifts and. With the flower essences and making healthier choices, letting go of my emotional eating patterns. I have your emotional eating essence tincture, and I've been using those drops and watching my relationship with food change for the better without doing much, so thank you.

mark:

Interesting? when I was making the shame hack blends, kind of made them up in concert with, a doctor in San Diego Dolan mek. And in the process of making them, I actually enlisted a lot of a group of people. I was like, here's a list of these blends. Tell me which one you want and I'll send'em to you and you gimme feedback. And so I, started taking I am enough. And there's one really interesting thing I noticed, like my wife is petite and so when we're sharing a meal together, she'll often have more food left on her plate. And I was like brought up with don't leave food on the plate. So I always find myself just eating a little more than I really need to. I started taking, I Am enough, and I was like, that's enough. And I just noticed, I was like, this was like, I started saying it to myself. I didn't, it was just this odd thing I noticed of I don't wanna take in more

Jen:

I am definitely gonna try that because I noticed that I'll just eat that extra chicken nugget that's on my kid's plate, so I'm gonna try that. I am enough. I noticed when going to the C E W seminars, I went up to Dr. Robs on a break to be like, I have an addictive personality and. I always just take something one step too far, whether it's with food or drink. It's just the extra, and it we, he traced it back to a neurological tick, something trauma based in my childhood. And so yeah, the vibrational frequency matters and the flowers, it's just another tool for me to release, and I think it's under. Frequently asked questions on your website. It's not like these are going to heal you, but then again, I don't wanna put out there that they couldn't. Cause I believe miracles happen daily. I believe that somebody taking your flower essences that somebody could heal, it could be like not a thing for them anymore if you have an open mind and expansive view. And I love learning about all the tools to help us meet our optimal needs and. Getting back to our unique frequency and letting go of all the things that are not ours. Cause on the daily, I'm like, Hey, why am I the way that I am? Sometimes that looks like minute by minute, you know.

mark:

Yeah. I'm. I'm always amazed of like I, because I do it a lot, and it seems like you probably do it a lot. Like when people don't do it, I'm like, wait, you're not like actually tracking your experience. Yeah. like I'm tracking everything. I'm like, oh, you know what? Whatever it is. And so

Jen:

Yeah, same my friends, when we're out and about and we're talking, I don't think people do do that. I know we feel like we're odd. We truck everything. It is not unlike us to talk about our poop or what we're releasing or like, wow, I released this parasite. You wouldn't believe what came outta my body. And we'll be out in public talking about these things and I'm sure the other people around us, uh, if they were tuning in, Be like, you're in an earshot. They'd be like, who are those people? You know? Yeah. Yeah,

mark:

yeah, yeah,

Jen:

But at the same time, we're looking at the other people and thinking, you don't track that like that. You don't talk about this stuff Like this is so

mark:

and I think, um, right, it, very much helps in the sense of, especially when you are using essences, it really helps. And I ask people, when I work with people one-on-one, I'm just like, start journaling. Take the jobs, but, and when you take it, just sit quietly and listen. Just listen, and just pay attention to your, does your breathing change? Does a tension release? Like you start having another train of thought, like your dream's changing, like just bring more awareness to yourself because that's where the things are that we're looking for. Yeah. That's where they are. They're not. They're here and we only get them when, when we're not distracted and we're all, we all get distracted. I mean, hello, look at the world today, but. the more you can just cultivate a self-awareness and a deeper listening of your own kind of inner narrative or inner feeling body or however you process, like, I always ask people about their body, like, when they think of their body, what part of their body do they not like? Like some people like, ah, I. Like my left leg doesn't feel like it's connected. And you're like, okay, I never even thought about that., no, because no one ever asked you to and Right.

Jen:

Wow. So you're helping people with their, experiencing their dialogue. Is that the kind of one on work you do coaching and using flower essences?

mark:

Yeah. just, kind of feeling into and asking questions when you're, like, when you're on the phone with someone, if you're really listening, you can so much information. So much information., you can hear the grief, you can hear someone stifling themselves, whatever it is, and it's like the very first person I ever worked with. I don't even remember how I came in contact with this person. I wish I could remember her name. I probably had notes somewhere, but she lived in a hotel. In New York City. And I remember I would go and meet her there. And I remember like the first, like first time I went to meet her, she's open the door. Okay, come on in. She was, probably mid forties, a little, reserved and shy and, And I did a little consultation, my first kind of consultation, and I made her a blend and I gave her a blend. And then like we did,, I saw her for four other times a second time. But I, like the fourth time I saw her, she's opened the door, come on in. it was like, and then she's let me tell you about this. I, you know, I'm having periods again, like I cut this person outta my life and I was like, never knew you weren't having, you were, wouldn't have your periods for months. And I didn't, never knew, so it was basically like once, like certain things shift, like how it just ripples out and it was kind of oh wow, This has impact beyond what I'm aware of and beyond what

Jen:

she was aware Wow. I love it. Mark. You just named. This rippling effect, which is. Funny to me because the whole, my podcast name is called the rippling, the ripple effect. Basically that rippling motion of, we don't really actually know what our impact is. So I'd like to share. The healers, the people, the connections, the products, the modalities that have helped myself feel. And then in turn, my family heal. And. Get to see this cool. Phenomenon of the rippling effect. And again, your. Flower essences have made a huge impact and make sure everybody go to essence alchemy.com. It'll all be in this description here. In the podcast notes and Jamar, what would you suggest to tell people? To go off their intuition or whatever they're drawn to men ordering what would you suggest there for that?

mark:

Yeah. You know, I think, I think a good dose of, of, uh, intuition and, and a good dose of even deduction, you know, like, yeah. That, like a little bit of both is useful. Like it's how I work when I work with people. Like I'll get a sense of throughout the conversation and I'll just make a list. I'll just start listing what I think will be helpful and then I'll just go through that list and do some muscle testing, and just so it deduce. And then from there, just, kind of bring in both.

Jen:

Gosh. Thank you, mark. Thank you for your time today. Thank you for your expertise. Speaking to me. And hopefully the listeners are getting a new level of awareness as to how to use. Flower essences in their life to create a rippling healing effect. And again, I just loved having you on the show today. And. Yeah. what a wonderful, Slew of information and just candid. Speak about. What you do. And Who you are and how you came to learn about my residences so thank you

mark:

You're welcome. Yeah. Thank you for having me on. It's so fun. I always enjoy talking about essences and the wild world.
