Jennifer McNerney:

Welcome to the Ripple Effect. I am your host Jen McNerney, sharing the unfolding stories that made us and healed us.

I am so excited for this next episode guest. I have Dr. John Mackoff with me, and you were always in my minds like just the vision of this podcast because it's called The Ripple Effect, and I love interviewing people who have been instrumental on my personal healing journey or my family's healing journey. And you have been and both of those things for us, McNerney. So I would just like to go on how we met, but welcome, welcome to the podcast. Well, thank you for inviting me. This is awesome. Yes. What number is this? I think you are number 15. Interesting. I don't, yeah. Number 15. And basically I like to highlight people who have these unique modalities that I personally think the whole world needs to know about. and I'll remember we met at an n e T seminar in Montana in 2020 and they had, it's almost like adult summer camp. And we were, a lot of these conversations I had with you that had profound healing on me were just like, at the dinner table and you were the first person to put on my map that just like fusing things or giving me permission to be like, oh, I can like incorporate all my gifts, not just be like an n e T practitioner. You told me you highlighted that my Lyme disease, which is under control right now, was a lineage thing on my German ancestral line and you were able to index for time for the root of it. And I was like, What, what, like, oh my gosh. yeah, so then it started, you told me how you gave me some clues as to maybe some more trainings I could go to that could really, and that's how I found out about creative emotional wizardry and da, da da, da, da, ripple, ripple, ripple, ripple. And you work with my husband regularly right now with his everything., so yeah, give us an example of you're a chiropractor, but that's, yeah. So that's so limiting. That's one of your tool sets. But you are this energy healer, spiritual guru. You work with beliefs and, in the quantum realm. So, uh, I know you've helped me through some stuff with, my emotional reality with vanishing twins and all these concepts that maybe sound new to the listeners or maybe don't, but. I know that the metaphysical heel is real, very real for me. And part of that component of the Lyme stuff was really about my emotions and beliefs. I personally, yes, I was taking supplements cuz that's, we don't negate the chemistry and the nutrition or the structural stuff, but I was getting structural adjustments and I was doing the herbs, but it was like this quantum realm that was missing. So can you highlight how some of these things can affect your genetics or your epigenetics or, I don't know, all the quantum things? Yeah, I mean for me it's, it's, through my path learning why puts barriers between techniques, when they are working on the same person and when they. Interweave in a variety of ways. Why not allow them to, and yes, each technique often has its own language, to its own pathway. And it's good to ground down initially with that technique in its language and see what it's trying to show, in its purity. But once you get to know the language, then you can start to see what other languages compliment and where other languages fit in when they're being, asked to, and to work with the body versus work with the technique because it's what does the body need versus what's the technique wants? And if the body's asking for a different technique, That's in your toolbox in a certain situation. And it may just be a sprinkle there before it goes back to the original technique, or it might be more, and it might take you down a whole nother pathway. It's letting that flow flow, you know, it's letting the,, the universe guide its creations versus trying to over control. what the universe is trying to tell you. I lo you and you're naming that because, we both happened to go through a certification process, which I found so hard because it was like we had to nail down very rigid language. And I think both of you and I are very flowy, so I know I, I don't know if I can speak for you, but that was a big, yeah, that was a big challenge for me. And I will say that I'm adopting a more of that the flow style and you're that person that. I'll be around different people that have a unique frequency and a unique lens. They're unique gifts and you've just, you being, you has given me permission to be me, if that makes sense. So just showing how you do that with the modalities of you're not gonna, cuz then it limits that, it forms a construct that I think you're all about. No constructs. No constructs. Yeah., it's filling the knowledge, it's filling the wisdom, it's feeling the knowing the ins and outs of what you're using and utilizing. so you get to know it's not, just, blindly doing it in a lot of ways. Yeah. But it is getting to trust as well as getting to listen to what the body needs and the nuances and allowing that flow versus, restricting it. Yeah. And. yeah, so that interweaving, because we are that physical, mental, emotional, energetic, spiritual being of all, and it's even though electromagnetics, that are actually natural electromagnetics versus manmade electromagnetics. Right, right, right, right. But, uh, um, but yeah, we are all of that. And sometimes things won't show unless you bring in a certain combination and so if you bring in only one element or one ingredient and say, oh, it's not there, when you bring it up, say, so for instance, Yeah. I love, I love examples and you have a boatload of like really amazing healing transformations that people will text you or call you or let you know. And my husband is one of them. I'm just watching him trans transform before my eyes. Yeah. In ways that are like, it's like, wow. And I know it's directly because of this deep, deep work you guys are doing together. Oh, yeah. But also he's doing a lot of, yeah. I mean he, he's choosing in, I mean he's choosing Yeah, true. That is true. And that's a big thing. If someone's just waiting for somebody else to do it for them, it, they might get some benefits, but you know how much. Versus someone who really chooses in, and it's like, I wanna be better. I want to learn my lessons, I wanna shift my patterns. I want to break my ancestral cycles. Mm-hmm. That's a whole different beast of healing. Uh, versus can you fix my right ankle? Uh, yeah. You know yeah. Are you mostly like the laws of attraction or vibrational resonance, are you attracting those people going after it? Starting to, no. I mean, I, like, I have my own stuff, I've like right of, you know, of oh, no success is gonna bring some other previous ancestral stuff that I have to, until it's really in front of my face. I can't say, all right. I can say, okay, why is this not busier? Or why is this per type of person's coming in? Or why this, that, and Then the eyeopening like, oh, here's that pattern from growing up. Yeah. Where think about money things about, I love that you own it. You're owning your triggers. Like, oh yeah, you at a N E T seminar where, you know, we workshop and sometimes you're like, okay, uh, that moment where you're like, who am I gonna get working with? And you're like, just go with it, Jen. It's gonna give you information. It's like, it's our teachers and our triggers are where we need to heal. Right? Yeah. As well as it's also when you're working with somebody, it's choosing. Just because they want to work with you doesn't mean that's the one for you to work with. Yes. Saying no, that was a big thing, is boundaries, healthy boundaries, discernment. Yeah. Yeah. You know, and so it's like, what are you allowing in? And so that's another thing about owning your no is not allowing in certain things. if people, Reaching out and, they love the spiritual stuff, but they are chronic marijuana users and they, if they're doing all these other recreational things, they're, they know they're, they're a portal for a lot of, uh, things that aren't, that aren't theirs. Yeah. Know lower vibrational things. And it's not choosing in, it's staying at a fight or flight. It is choosing to be in a, in and out fight or flight pattern. It doesn't make'em bad people. No. It just means that, they aren't in that stage to work with me. Mm-hmm. Um, or I'm not the right person for them. You know, it's, you know, all that's okay. Mm-hmm. But it's only that note because otherwise, like afterwards with all the stuff that they bring in as well as they continue to bring in because they're not fixing their patterns. Yeah. You know, that I have to clean off my stuff or I have to clean up my room if they're smelling. Like all that. Thank for, thank you for naming that because that's been real for me. Just getting over the worthiness of like, wow, I am owning my gifts and, but I have learned that I need to say no to some people that were not a vibrational match or, yeah, because you know, it is true. Like, I don't know how mu, I don't know how many of the people are aware of, um, all the energetic work we do to prepare for sessions and then the after and like mm-hmm. How much it takes for us to hold space and be the conduit or what's coming through. So thank you for naming that. That is like a thing, you know? It's a thing. It's a thing and it's a thing that I had to learn to say no to versus just try to help everybody. Mm-hmm. And, uh, that's safe. Cause you wanna help people, you wanna serve and help. But if they're not in the space to be helped or choosing to be helped, you know,,, you're draining yourself and to a point where you might actually have to block off the rest of the schedule or cancel the next day. And is it really worth it? Mm-hmm. Uh, to say yes to that one person where you have to then cancel a bunch of people and to five other people. Yeah. Yeah. And then also pay for your own possible cleaning to have sessions with somebody else to actually undo Good point. What, what That happens. So it's getting to that owning. It's it's okay if it's not a match, it's okay if Yeah. It's the things they know or, and it's OK if they're not in that space yet. Yeah. And you know, it's, it's not about blame, it's just about, you know, congruent working or congruent. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Because of your path. And I don't know if I know this story about you. I love people's backstories. Yes. Oh, um, I know you were a gymnast, like I remember that for a little bit, that story for a little bit. Yeah. But did you have a big event that led you to become a chiropractor? Because going to chiropractic school is no picnic. Like you guys are delving into a lot of school. Yeah. I mean, in, in, uh, undergrad I did some gymnastics. Not competitive, but you know, I just loved it. Mm-hmm. Uh, you know, I loved the moving through space and using my body to help with the moving through space and mm-hmm. And a lot of the creative, like you, you were gifted with Yes. Yeah. Yeah. You were using your body as a creative expression. Yeah. Yes. And then I got talked into doing, a cheerleading team in, undergrad. And so, Throwing girls up and catching them was fun. Um, you know, but I also had a chair partner who, she didn't know how to use her body effectively. Like, you know, there was a disconnect looking back on it. Mm-hmm. And, so she wasn't really pushing off much, so I had to catch her all the way down here and almost full press over and over until my shoulders started to give out. Oh, wow. And, went to the athletic department there to try to get some treatment, wasn't helping. And when I was back home at the gym, one of the people that I knew at the gym said, Hey, you gotta try this chiropractor of mine. And at the time, I didn't know what a chiropractor was. Yeah. And, and, and your background, just so everybody knows because it's, We're we ha we were circling in the same area. Like I'm from Schaumburg, Illinois. Yeah. And you're in, you grew up in Chicago, in the city. In Chicago. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Definitely don't say you're from the city. If you're from Schaumburg, it's not correct. But, um, I'm directly, but I'll, I think that's relevant because, Chi Chiropractic in Chicago especially, I don't know at the time, maybe this was also back in the, like, back in the nineties, you know, was like, okay, so then we're even, yeah, yeah. So, yeah, so yeah, so I was like willing to try anything to get that, shoulder better or whatever. And so I made a point with this guy and he, did some rib adjustments that weren't the normal and. And he did some other things and it was the first time I actually started feeling some strength back in that arm. Wow. and he's like, well, while you're in town, why don't you come back and observe what you know and if you're interested in that. So while I was back on a vacation and I was on break, visited and observed a little bit, and then he called the chiropractor school out in the west suburbs and, uh, ordered me a syllabus and, uh, wow. So you, he was really like, yeah. Trying to recruit. No, yeah. He definitely led me cuz it was a path I didn't realize, cuz I always liked the body and how it's function and the health and I knew I wasn't in the medications even back then. I didn't really like medications. I hated needles. Mm-hmm. Um, still do, uh, except for, except for tattoo needles, but, you know, those are different. Um, but you know, it was. A whole different perspective of, oh, I can really get into this sports medicine. I can really get into some of this other stuff and not have to go into, Western medical school. And because I, it was like, it almost looked like all good versus good and bad, Yeah. And so yeah, applied, got in and, and that was the start. But also during breaks, I came back and visited until he actually injured himself out of practice. Oh. He, uh, in, he adjusted a like 400 pound professional football player in a wrong way where he wasn't stable, herniated his discs had, back then they thought surgery was what you needed. Mm-hmm. Had surgery, got infected and took him out of practice. Wow. And so I learned from a few other people along the way while I was in school. and what somewhat to do. Somewhat not to do. yeah. And because like even back then, I real nice guy, really smart guy, who, I had again, like a neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist thing. And he's like, all right, which of those would you like to address today? Not as, not as a whole. It was still like, no, it was, it was like, you know, next time I'll address the other thing if it doesn't fix whatever. And I was like, even back then when I was in private schools, I was like, that doesn't make sense. That doesn't make sense to me. Know. Yeah. But it was, it was a business model. It was, but it didn't make sense to me. It was like, that's not how I wanna be treated. And that's not something that I can do going forward. But I can understand. Doesn't make him a bad person. Doesn't make him a no. You know, sometimes our men, sometimes our mentors are there to show us what, how. Like what not to do. How not to be. Yeah. Often. Right. Often you gotta learn both ways. What to do and what not to do. Right. And what works with us. So then chiropractic school and then I went into, after chiropractic school, I got more into the rehab, physical rehab and sports injuries and orthopedics. Mm-hmm. And that was more of my practice there. Okay. And uh, and as well as learning some developmental kinesiology therapy techniques from Prague therapists and been out to Prague by eight times and learning from them became friends with those people. But that was more of the sports, rehab, aspects. Yeah. But then I started and working with a lot of the dance companies in Chicago backstage and in my office, at that time as well, and some other athletes. But then, I started noticing missing. It's like, no, I'm missing something. There's something's not getting better. There's something I'm missing. And then applied kinesiology came in town and one of my other friends said, Hey, wanna go with this? I'm like, all right, I'm interested in this. Let me check this out. And then we get into the muscle testing and, my first applied kinesiology, a hundred hour teacher, not brilliant, but not the best teacher. Mm-hmm. Um, then my second hundred hour teacher was extremely brilliant. Very nice teacher, very humbled, but trying to get to his level of thinking I needed a, like a different thing. And then my third hundred hour teacher, uh, Dr. Timothy Francis, who's out in Vegas, uh, brilliant. And a brilliant teacher. And then I'd spend another 3, 400, 500 more hours learning from him Wow. Of applying to theology. And then it's also, he has his own techniques, but he said, all right. To learn my techniques, you have to do at least the basic N E t. You have to do tbm, you have to do this to have a language to understand where I'm coming from. Gotcha. So then I started doing N E T, but I only did n e t basic back then. And I don't remember who taught it back then, but the, it was not Deb, it wasn't someone and they were all right. Mm-hmm. Uh, and you had the non-muscle tester, like people who've done n e t like therapists, who were trying to teach me how to muscle test for things. And I was like, you know, so I learned what I needed to learn. Right., and then went forward with, Dr. Francis', teachings as well as tbm as well as at some of the TBM stuff. They had a homecoming where I met Dr. Robs with c w. Yeah. And as well as some other people who do vial techniques. Dr. Dominique and Patty. We do this pd, biodynamic residence technique, program vials. And so started to incorporate those. And so then with Randy, I'm studying some of his stuff between the creative motional, widgetry and theta healing Oh, yeah. For many years. Yeah. So you were the one that guided me to c e w and then, because they don't just, I, I don't think I could take tbi I T B I because of, uh, I'm not a chiropractor, but Rant Dr. Roper. Let me take, yeah, I mean there's, uh, uh, BDR and the, those vial stuff you could take. Cool. Um, anyway, I, I will say that Theta Healing has really opened me up to, yeah, the DNA stuff, the lineage, the past life or just other timelines. I don't even know what I think about past lives at this point because of it is so real when you are doing these. If you find a route that's quote unquote on a past life, when you name it, or you observe or command to see the truth in the situation, and you name it to somebody, and it's like, they're like, yes, I feel that in my body, like right now. Or that is a situation. So I'm like, Hmm, I don't know how much of this is just like timeline stuff. Like, so what is your take on that? So for me, with past lives and I see them, mm-hmm. But for me it's, it's not as important about, it's not the story. It's not the story that's important. It's not the story. It's more of the patterns. It's more of the lesson, the patterns, the lesson. Yes. And it's not necessarily about. Who you were or whatever. In my opinion, it's not about who's Cleopatra and how many CLE factors there are, whatever. Same, same, same. You know, it's, it's about the belief or the pattern or something that you've learned that's faulty. If it's a pattern or what you're not learning or what you're meant to break in an ancestral way or if you choose to, right. And, but if you're asking the questions often you're already choosing in. But it is trying to figure out the patterns of why does this stuff keep happening? Or even, yeah, for why am I allowing this in again? Or whether it's because for a while I had been just like letting a lot of entities in and you know, there's normal ways that things are foreign. Energy gets in like, you know, every time you're doing, if you're drinking alcohol or you do marijuana or you're taking pharmaceutical drugs or you're at a party or a through courts, but I was just doing it a lot and there was a belief there, a pattern. That I had that I just kind of like deserved it or that I was bad or like somehow, you know, suffering. Yeah. Suffering being part of my existence, so yeah. And so there's the past life part of that, and then there's sometimes the current life part of that is like if we grew up in an environment where suffering was the norm and that's what we thought we had to do to get to the next achievement level. Achievement. Yeah. Yeah, exactly. Um, and so, okay, if we are taught that we have to live in a lower vibration, and that's what's normal, and if you come out of a lower vibration than you're arrogant or you're selfish or you are, you know Yeah. The duality. Yeah. So that the duality is okay, so that I have to be in this lower vibration to not be seen in this way, then that creates, You being resonating with lower vibrational things and Yeah. Do you, do you find that when you're resonating with low vi, lower vibrational things, I'm like noticing then you're, you're perhaps more susceptible to like the virus or a bacteria or a mold that's like all of it resonating at the same vibration as all of it. All of it. Right. Well, as you know, how can you not, because anything out of sickness is a higher vibration, you know? And if you are fearful of the higher vibration, because you'll be judged by it. Yeah. Then you are, you know, waiting to get that illness. You are. It's like that's the acceptable attention is if I'm Ill, you know, the acceptable attention is if I'm sick and, but anything positive I'll be judged or blamed for, or. Called these considered selfish or, or, yeah, like for, I've had to work through a boundary or saying no, that I'm undoing a lot of people pleaser things that's not definitely on my lineage as well as my own. Yeah. Yeah. So it's, it interesting. That's why lately I've been just asking a lot of questions and getting curious as to like why I'm responding certain ways to people in situations and Yeah. But it is taking that step back to, again, it's, for me it's about patterns and I can see the patterns and algorithms, I can see the patterns. And Is that your, like you can, when you are tuning in, you can like see it like almost like a medical intuitive, I mean, is there really a word for it? I haven't found a word for it because I mean, there is an intuitive aspect to it. But I, I see in a lot of different ways. Mm-hmm. So it's not just one way and sometimes it's overwhelming cause it all comes at the same time. But, uh, taking it back to your childhood, did you, did you always have these gifts in hindsight that maybe you didn just didn't have an awareness of? Or did they start to come in as you were, on your own journey and learning different things and techniques? And, I mean, I, I remember I always had a really good memory. Mm-hmm. And I could picture things and like, when I, read comic books, whatever, and we had hundreds of'em and I could remember which one was which, and you know, what the cover looked like and what the story was. And like, almost like a photographic memory almost. Well, but that's the thing is like my parents like, started to quiz me, whether it was photographic Oh no. And then when it, it didn't turn out to be, not. Being as photographed as they want. Then it was at disappointment that they weren't Oh, no idea. I was like, alright. So I think there might have been an aspect of, all right, I don't even wanna explore any gifts or see things after. Cause I, if I don't measure up, then it's only gonna be that disappointment. So whether there were gifts or not, I, I don't know back then. Right. Cause I don't think, again, I think it was that stay under the radar or, and don't bring too much light because then, for many different things, like you don't wanna make someone else feel bad. Right? You don't wanna, or you're going to create. Competition in something. So it's not about the gifts, it's about like someone trying to beat you. Mm-hmm. And you know, so, or lately I'm still having to delve with like being seen, or doing this quantum work or this healing work of the aspect of I don't wanna be a target for gnarly, low vibration things, but I've been working through my beliefs around that and yeah, because I know there, it's, it's an illusion, it's a limit and I'm just trying, and it's each layer, it's like it keeps like unfolding and then there's more, and not that that's bad, it's just that I look at it as a journey and not a destination. Yeah. And that's important because if you're waiting to fully heal or fully be perfect or fully be in wherever before you can do your next step or be happy or be successful, whatever, it will forever. Push those, accomplishments and achievements. And I've going through all those myself too. It is that journey of recognizing, especially when you really delve into the healing journey to step out of it and Oh, I can actually still participate in, in life. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Cuz I can get balls out on my healing journey and I'm like, but we came here to sort of have fun too. Yeah. You know? Yeah. I get very, I get very focused on some of that healing stuff. Yeah. and almost like, well no I can't because I, I'm not there yet, or I'm not this yet or not, whatever. And it's, it's slowly getting that lesson in of, but you're supposed to experience this life too and with others, you know, not with yourselves. Yes. And, uh, and yeah. So that, that it's own growing part, yeah. It's trying to bounce all the different growing aspects. Do you have like fav, like a fa could you take us through? So if somebody, what I find with this podcast, and it's been cool to see when people reach out to me and be like, Hey, you know, I, I booked a session with, uh, you know, so-and-so that you had on your podcast, and oh my gosh, my mom who was having tremors for her whole life no longer has tremors. And uh, and she was doing something related to five element me, medicinal Qigong or, yeah. And so can you take us through like some of your, maybe patients who you were able to utilize kind of all your, like your gifts? I don't know in terms of, I mean, I, I can, I can I, I can kinda give us, give us some examples of like how some of the quantum stuff can affect, like the physical body or the health or, I don't know. You, I think you. Any example that you think u C fit that might get listeners to be like, huh? Oh, well, yeah. I can give a few different, because it will come from different, I know hipaa. Right, right, right. No names they're giving, well, it's not even the hipaa that's not using the names at all. It is, it is the, I approach things differently for the different individuals and so I'll give a few different examples of how a different approach might be for a different, individual. Yeah. And cuz I love it. Anything can cause anything. It is, anything can cause anything, anything can heal anything. Yes. I love that aspect, right. Situation. And I was asked, by a colleague when she was a student, to do something for their n E T club and do it, and it was a virtual. And, and I decided to do a little AK records. Cool. thing. And normally with patients, I'd like first see if they have the foundation to be able to do AK records because sometimes they don't, they're not ready for it. and so they have to wait to clear some other things first. it's always honoring the body, the spirit, and everything's if they're not ready for those lessons or to be able to handle'em or to be able to digest them, then that's not yet. That's not yet. And you could put them into some kind of a crisis mode that they don't need. It can, you know, that's, it doesn't have to be, that's why honoring people where they're at. Yeah. Yeah. so I asked for a volunteer of the people. There was like 10, 15, 20 people. I don't remember how many people were on that Zoom thing. and I asked for a volunteer and this female really wanted to volunteer. And it felt right. Mm-hmm. And I was like, all right, we're gonna do a short ak, session. And I guided her into that. I was like, did you wanna tell me anything first? Or did you wanna just go in and we'll figure it out? And she's I wanna go to school and figure it out. I'm like, okay. And so we went in and, I guide her in and try to help her see whatever she was trying to see, and certain images were coming up. And I said, there's something behind you. Check that out. And she did. And this indescribable male figure came up and was threatening. And I was like, all right, nothing hurt. We backed up and we tried to get a better look. And there was this aspect of it that turned out to be her father, and we had to come to figure out what it was trying to tell her and various other things. And, there was tears and some other things came up and. Basically just we cleared that session, felt that it was the right time to leave, got out of it because it was just, a sample for even just that was a sample. And then asked her how she was afterwards. She's like, I've been going to all these practitioners for this back issue that I've had for Dec for like, five or 10 years. Nothing's been getting it better. And now I can move, I can, twist, I can bend, I can come up. It was, it just all feels better as well as this feels better. And so I didn't even know what we were, I was just, we were just going to, resolve whatever came up. Right? Versus sometimes I do aakash record with an intention. It's okay, we're going in with this intention because it can, those sessions can go very long. They can, because with no guidance, we're just seeing what's showing up. Versus if we say, okay, these are my issues that I want to see some guidance from, or help shift from or heal from, that can go ancestral, which can go metaphysical in a lot of ways, can go present tense. It can go in a lot of different metaphorical aspects, right? Non guided, non intention can go in a lot of different ways. So for that instance, that resolved wow. Her issues just as, and that was just a demo. I love it. I love it when it's like that divine timing when it's just all the alignment and it's ready and it clicked. Yeah. That's so cool. and I had, patients, actually this last week, new patient, with low back issues and recognized it was more of a heart issue. Mm-hmm. And because, there's a low back heart connection. And then I could smell, he was a cigarette smoker. Oh. And he said, how this is going on over and over and over again. And that, I was like, okay, there's this connection. I had to check to see if it was a physiological part or emotional heart, because I've had both. Mm-hmm. And this one was physical. And then I did some, herb checking with olivos protocol and found one that I had him hold onto the herb and he was able to straighten up more. Mm-hmm. I had him let go of the herb. Yeah. He was, he was shifted. Mm-hmm. So had him like, try to shift more with the herb than he was able to. And then I had him give him my, give me the herb. And then he tried to stand up, sit up straight, and it wasn't, and it was an herb for the heart and. And then we worked through some things with the heart neurologically, through quantum neurology. And if the emotional thing with the heart came up, I would've addressed that too, but it didn't. And then we gave some exercise for the low back to start and some homeopathic remedies as well, and, for, so that was that type of case. Yeah. See, I love that you're just highlighting that it can be, it doesn't always have to be emotional too, right? No. There's this, that whole triad of there's sometimes it's, yeah., and I love the emotional stuff because, I go deep with the emotional things. I've created some other, mm-hmm. Yeah. Windows, your Dr. Mackoff, modality. Some of those, yeah, I think it's in the, I think it's in the works somehow on this. So it is in the works. It is in the works. yeah, that one, that one might have to be like a n a T practitioner special course cuz it's based off of the, because the non T practitioner may not do them any good. So, uh, yeah, that's true. But, but yeah. But for that, and so there's another case with tooth pain that I had, and this person went for three different root canals and, still had the tooth pain and they wanna do a fourth and they, oh, we found another route to, to do a canal to do. Oh man. And so she's is there something you can do? I was like, well, let me check. Well, first I, there was certain, muscles that radiated to that tooth that I, we worked on and helped a little bit. Mm-hmm. But then we went into the, meridians of the teeth. Yeah. And then the emotions to the meridians. And so with organ that was related to, I know, that's so, that's so fascinating. There's the mouth is just like, whoa. And the teeth. Yeah. I'm going through my own little journey fell. Yeah. Yeah. So, so then you went through the organs. Yeah, yeah. Went through the organs and the motions of those organs that related to the tooth. And between those two things, the tooth was fine and didn't need any further root canals. Yeah. And so there's that aspect then,, so there's also sometimes certain patterns with relationships and because people come to me for a lot of different things. And the relationships that having troubles with relationships and then seeing the patterns of their communication and patterns of where that came from. And sometimes that will go ancestrally and now ancestral can be epigenetic. Mm-hmm. Which is how the emotions are stored. The traumas are stored. Yeah. And passed down through the generations. I feel like breast cancer, especially for women, like as a big can be, can be, not always, but, I think in my lineage, there's definitely a big emotional component or trauma. Well, yeah, I, I mean, there's definitely the emotion of doubt that can go mm-hmm. With like just the lumps themselves. But then the breast cancer self there, can have the different emotions along the way, but it's also the traumas. And what the traumas might be associated with. And being passed down epigenetically, which is like in that extra storage space in the d n a, of where it's passed down. Because, even through research articles, like in mice, they could see certain traumas epigenetically being passed down through at least 11 generations through mice, through the labs versus, real living and wild. So I found it energetically and physically, whatever, quantum wise, more generation more, yeah, I was gonna say if that's advice, but, it's showing that information of trauma can be passed down just through the epigenetics, let alone what can be modeled. Modeling is a whole different thing than epigenetics because. What's passed down from one generation to another of how they react to things, how they act or react to things like your attachment style or the way you communic the attachment style. What's right or wrong, how you moral communicate, what's dangerous, what's not dangerous. All these different things., so if the dangerous things are taught to be not dangerous, and then you Yeah. You have the adrenaline junkies, right? Or well, adrenaline junkies as well as, why does this stuff keep happening to me? Or the victim archetype kinda thing. It becomes a victim archetype. Mm-hmm. Because that's, That they found to be beneficial and that was modeled. Yeah. And or you're just stuck in a pattern of dysregulation. So when things are calm or regulated, you're like, this feels so unfamiliar. So then you go to seek out what's familiar and it's chaos maybe. So that Well, yeah. I mean, you know, just like speaking from, uh, that, hypothetically, this is me hypothetically. No, this is a hundred percent me. So, yeah. No, I think I, I've seen it myself as well, and it is that it's not always seeking out the negative, it is the positive causing that dissonance. Mm-hmm. You know, and not knowing what to do with it. So just to get away from that distance, you then go back into that lower vibration or the different patterns that aren't the healthiest. Mm-hmm. for somebody, whether it's the relationship patterns, whether they are communication patterns, whether they are. Escapism patterns. Do you have any examples of like, addiction? Because I know that Dr. Bo Birds will teach some stuff with addiction, which I found Yeah. So fascinating. It resonated with me so much about being, maybe being a neurological thing or like a Yeah. But what is your as I think you, you did work with somebody that was like wanting to cut back on drinking and you did the deep, I don't know, you probably have examples. So, oh,, I have a few, and there's a few that were I don't wanna say failures, but it's again, sometimes I wanted to help so much that I didn't ask if they were ready, willing, able, and eager to do the work. Mm-hmm. And as well as with addicts and no matter what type of addiction, whether it is, alcohol, drugs or shopping or sugar or, or social media, scrolling, whatever it is, whatever. Yeah. There is a usually a. duality, another personality, that you know, more so with, I would say, you know, drugs, alcohol, sugar, you know, it's like, take sugar away from somebody who is addicted to sugar. You'll see that other personality, you'll see that tantrum, you'll see that, yeah. That right? Yeah. Yeah. I know people call it like blood sugar regulation, but sometimes that's, sometimes it's chemical, when people say it's the chemical itself, right. So, yeah. But it's, and it's also what it's trying to fill. Mm-hmm. And so for the person who really chooses it, and not just choosing in for credit, because there's people who wanna be seen in a certain way, and if they're choosing in just because they want someone to look at them as a good per or to, then they keep. Doing the minimum, it's like pushing the food around and maybe taking a bite here or there versus eating your meal. Right? It's like them just doing the minimum to keep getting some praise in some sort, but not really moving that ball forward. And so it, again, it becomes that discernment are they really choosing in and wanting to move forward, get healthier? Mm-hmm. And it's like everyone's on their own journey, so we can't do it for them. We can propose the questions to them and we can also create a sort of contract. Okay, this is what I'm expecting from you. Yeah. And it's okay if you don't want to do that, but realize, I will expect that if you're not living up to that, we'll end our relationship for the treatments. Mm-hmm. Because, You may not be ready for, these steps. Doesn't mean you can't take it a little slow. Right. You don't have to force them down the person's, throat. Right. But so for me, the drug and alcohol stuff is hard, especially if they arent really hit that bottom point where they're ready to, choose into those changes. Mm-hmm. You know, sugar, shopping,, relationship addictions, addicted to love in some ways because it's that perspective of love versus actual love. So it's, yeah. They're, they're, they're, yeah. Like a fake sugar or something. Aro a romanticized version of what it, right. And they keep getting into relationship after relationship after relationship. And don't give them the space to heal. So all of those people have to choose in, but then it's asking, all right, are they trying to numb something, cover something up. trying to run away from something, it's trying to figure out what hole is trying to be filled with the wrong thing. Yeah. And are you, do you use muscle testing to just then, like almost check in on all of those aspects, or is there, I use muscle testing in some of it's intuitive. Sometimes I get the feeling. I know same the feeling, but I do use muscle testing to sometimes try to follow the path. And to also bring them into it, uh mm-hmm. It, but yeah, it's, unless they're fully choosing in, I choose to a lot of times say no to them. Well, I'm glad that is such a, that's a huge, that's a huge shift for you, for like, I mean, that, you're doing the work and I love that you're naming, that you're holding people accountable for not just seeing people to see people you're. That, and I could take a lesson in that for sure. Still, I'm learning that balance so well. Yeah, it's a balance of like, off, it's like offering the grace that it's possible that this person could really shift, but Yeah, it's like a balance, I guess. Well and sometimes it's a discussion too, because I've had people tested as no, if they're ready, willing, able, and eager. And I sometimes give'em a chance to state their case in some way, or at least ask a question. Right. And like I had one who tested as a, they're ready, willing, but able and eager weren't, testing well. Mm-hmm. And we had a phone call and we talked and then I got us a vision of mold around him and I was like, do you have mold where you live? He's like, Well, no, but I met my girlfriends and she, does and or she likely does. And I was like, so if we're gonna do a session because this was, wasn't sure if it was virtual or in person, you're gonna be living somewhere else and you're not just gonna be staying there. And he is like, yes. I'm like, okay, I can work with that. Then everything cleared up. Wow. And because he was coming in for eczema, different skin rashes and other fatigue and depression and other things, like if you're living in a moldy house, that's not gonna get better. You're not, you're not gonna heal in the toxic, no, you're getting the right information. But it didn't give the full picture. So the conversation allowed the full picture of so, which gave an opportunity to, to, I think there's a balance because I've seen people that score everything and then I like had to remind somebody like, I don't think you have enough information. And then score it after you get more information. And it changed, like, and we're saying scoring. I mean, that's just another muscle test. Cra Yeah. So basically, yeah, I just, it's so fascinating. I know we could chat about this for hours, but I that's the thing with different muscle testers. it's also whether they're muscle testing just to muscle test or if they're learning muscle testing to get more information. Mm-hmm. You know, that's where TBM came in. the, to body modification is it taught menuing, it taught, asking the body, the menu, what gym. Mm-hmm. versus, and that Dr. Robs had bases in tbm. Yes, that's what I was saying, that I could, I, I had gathered that when I was asking a bunch of the people taking c w what were you, you know, tbm? And I'm like, oh, what is that? Yeah, yeah, yeah. So with those asking the questions, depending on the questions you ask, depends on the answers you get. And asking the right questions becomes a skill in itself. It is an answer. Yeah. Yeah. So it's not just about getting an answer and following that answer. Did I ask the right question that I ask a big enough question? Did I ask a specific enough question? Did I ask a new one? I'm discerning when and where to actually ask the more specific question versus the more open one. I mean, I could totally see that as an art for sure. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And it becomes an art for nutrition and herbal prescription as well as treatments of other, sorts as well as if they're on medications to ask, be able to ask those questions and bring that into what you're testing for their nutrition and herbal stuff versus if it's something they have to be on. And so it's safe if it's effective, if it's like, they're like, there's so many things Yeah. That you have to have Yeah. In your menu of indexing or asking the body and the, yeah. And then do these all work together versus just separately. Mm-hmm. and on that whole basis. And yeah, so there's all these things with asking the questions and it is trying to get that, for me, seeing where their foundation is, it's always asking, can this person handle this? Do they have the foundation to deal with this? Whether emotional, whether physical, physiological, and if not, can I help them with that? Or is this their lesson to learn? Mm-hmm. it's also, I can't take lessons from people when it's theirs to actually learn. I can sometimes ask them questions and try to draw their awareness, Yeah. Get them more aware. Yeah. Yeah, I've been putting other doctors on my menu like, is this something I can help with? Is this somebody that I know, like this treat is this for me to treat as, is it, do I know this person? Do they know this is something? So I have been menuing a lot of different things after taking contact reflux analysis and being open to oh, the muscle test is affected by like your, how broad your awareness is of what to ask. Yeah. So I yeah, and it's also recognizing from you and your experience and your uniqueness, when you muscle test someone, you're gonna get a certain amount of information or certain information. Mm-hmm. For me, it's different. I could ask him possibly even the same exact question and get a little different answer due to my techniques, my experiences, my intuition, my uniqueness. Mm-hmm. Isn't that I the universal wrong. No. Right. I love that you're naming this because I, I'm not like, yeah. I, I just thank you for naming that because I have always been like, well, that's interesting. Like, and I think Dr. Robbar drives that home as that it's not wrong, it's just, well, yeah. Unique lens. Well, like a different limbic resonance. It's a different, uh, you know, the subconscious might reveal something different. It's just, it's a beautiful, I don't know what you would call it. It's, it's kind of cool when that happens. Well, yeah. I mean, some techniques when we like sometimes get together and tag team and treat each other, uh, in certain ways. There's certain things we check to see if people have enough resources, energy to deal with more. Mm-hmm. And I could test somebody after working on them and say, oh, they're done. Another person could come in and test them and they go, Nope. A little more room. And because they come in with other tools that. May have a little bit of room for what that person, is there to provide. Yeah. but for me, they are toasted and done. I love that. Yeah. Thank you. That's why I always encourage people and I'll tell people I'm like, Hey, if you're gonna get like weirded out that we go to to different chiropractors, it's because I am an intuitive person. I'll be like, you know what? My Abby or my son, my daughter needs to go see this person today. And Yeah. Or I need this person today because of whatever their unique gifts are and modalities. And I love when people don't take it personally and just like honor that we're led to who we're led. So any that is a good segue to if you're feeling resonance with Dr. John Mackoff, you, the best way to find you is through your website or Honestly, probably through my website. Yeah. www. Dr. John Moff dotcom. And it's j o n cuz I have a brother named j o h n. So it's j o n Moff. Yes. And you are putting out a lot of amazing content on your social media. I've noticed you've really like stepping up, like you are this resource, this wizard, this really gifted being. And where can people find you on, say, Instagram or Facebook? Or do you have or yeah. So yeah, on Instagram it's Dr. John Macoff, D r J O n M A C K O F F. I try to do some question and answer things on Instagram, but at least once a week, usually Thursdays, but sometimes twice a week. Mm-hmm. and, started a YouTube channel, yes, I saw that. And. Since my YouTube, some of my videos were getting cut off on Instagram. I like, I think that's a sign to shift things over to, at least have the backup of YouTube. Mm-hmm. For the full videos of things. And, so there's, you search Dr. John Backoff on YouTube. YouTube and, yeah. So trying to put out little videos here and there, and I had actually, so it was around December or so that, people kept telling me, oh, you need to put stuff out. You need to put some stuff out there. I was like, why am I not putting things out there? Then I had to do some of my own n e t of realizing there's some roots of putting myself out there for judgments and criticisms and stuff, growing up with judgments and criticisms and, not to mention any past life persecution or anything like that. Those were only about seven or eight or 10 of those. But, yeah. Yeah. But, So working through that, after I shifted that, there was very little problem putting things out there. It was a little uncomfortable, like for the person, but other than that, there wasn't this big block of resistance mm-hmm. That I had before. And then after I did a few, then it got easier. Then it's just as I have time to do as well as I have thoughts of doing things. Um Right, you get inspired. I've been trying to do that too. Not make it a chore. Yeah. Or that oh gosh, I gotta put something out there. And just being more in the flow of the information that wants to come through. Yeah. I mean the, the people who put it out all the time, kudos to them cuz it's not easy. Yeah. The pressure. They're doing a great job. I know. Um, well done. Everybody that's getting this information out there. Yeah. it's amazing some of what they're doing and I, and. I have all the power to them because I have nothing but praise for them. Yeah. I don't think I could do that. I don't think I could energetically do that because I put whatever into it and I say whatever sort of channels sometimes or whatever. I love that. I love that about you. And then it's like, okay, take a break or,, or yeah, go have fun, live your life or, find that work life balance. yeah,, I actually did a little video. I haven't edited it or put it out yet, whatever, right before this, cuz I was, in between waiting to do our podcast, I was working on some things or checking out things and then I had the idea about doing this, the, this video about muscle testing and what does it contain and what's the different trainings and what does that mean? And and I was just, oh, I'll get to later and my body's No, you need to do that now. Ok. Ok. Oh, wow. I love that. Well, thank you so much for, I don't know,, you're, I also found out that one of my family members bought a package with you to work with you. Yeah. So I just saw them say, oh, great. Yay. That makes me so happy. and the work you're doing with PJ and the, just the work that like,, we haven't like, workshop with each other. Yeah. But I just see you and I'm inspired by you and, I'm always, whenever we've hung out, I'm getting stuff from you all the time. And I don't know that you know that, but you have been hugely instrumental on my path. And I just, I thank you so much for you owning your unique gifts and being you and giving other people permission to be them authentically. And, thank you. Well, thank you. Again, you're choosing into it. I mean, I see the different opportunities for people sometimes. Yeah. And present it to them, but not everybody chooses in. Mm-hmm. And you do, and quantum neurology with, the CW with a few of the other things you chose in a way that your normal profession doesn't. and thank you for connecting me with all these speech pathologists that you'll meet at any t or the different places. And I'm like, okay, I wish I could like talk to all of them and. So thank you for being like the, the Kevin Bacon of, uh, connecting, uh, people to speech therapists and Yeah. Karen Galway, like we just met through you, through like, I don't know, it was a really random way we, we connected and yeah. Yeah. No, I think you connected her to me. Yes, that's right. And she, but she, but somehow she saw something on Instagram that you tagged me, that I was like a speech therapist that was doing healing stuff, and she's like, wait, what? Because that's not, it's, it's getting there. It's, it's transforming, but it's, it's slow. Yeah. Slower than I would like it to be. So. I think it's, again, it's, as you own it, as well as you have time for it, because you in your own unique, way, You have a niche because there aren't speech pathologists that are doing what you're doing from that alternative perspective and that are incorporating and being able to slowly weave some of these things in together. Yeah. And as well as, being able to put out there a not only how you can help people who are looking for speech pathologists, but what does speech pathology background help in some of these other healing modalities for the non, people thinking they need some speech pathology work. Or from a perspective that you can add that layer. Right, right. And cuz I work out of a chiropractor's office right now and we were just putting together a video about neuro emotional technique. And I'm like, you can tell people that I'm, but speech but therapist into Yeah. That it's, it's all about, To me, it's all about our unique expression in this world. And that's metaphysically speech. Which is speech therapy is like, finding your unique voice. what is a voice? A voice can be nonverbal. It's a frequency. It's an energy. Yeah. And so I've yeah. Really come to terms with, um, that's why like belief work or just one word, one semantic word, will mean something completely different for somebody. Right. And learning that and, possibly the word and possibly the sound. Mm-hmm. And that could be its own entry into N e t. Yes. through your knowledge of where the tongue placement a different sound means. Yes. And so I'm just saying that you, I know. I've been, in then the universe, just, of course, my first n e t patient at the chiropractor's office happened to be non-verbal autistic individual and his family. And I was like, Wow. Okay. I see what's happening here. Like, like where I am supposed to be bridging my speech pathology. And cuz I spent most of my years working with non circle autistic, they're, these individuals were what got me turned on into the unseen and into energy and into tuning into the unsaid. So I mean, who from qn, who, from N E t, who else has those, uh, perspectives mm-hmm. To bring and maybe enlarge those techniques that, they don't know of yet. Right. And so, so, yeah. Well, thanks for that nudge again,, I just say what I'm channel you just say what you're channeling. I love it. Well, thank you Dr. Mackoff. Thank you for your time. Thank you for your genius. Thank you for your expertise and just thank you for being you. We we love you so well. We love you too. And yeah, this is awesome. Great. Thanks for inviting me.
