In this episode, Jeff Jacobovitz, AGG trial attorney, chair of the firm’s Antitrust group, and former Federal Trade Commission attorney, will discuss the recent civil and criminal investigations and indictments for “no-poach cases” with Steve Cernak. Jeff and Steve bring an insightful perspective on DOJ and FTC investigative policies and the latest developments to pursue these lines of cases.

Steve has been the adjunct professor at University of Michigan Law School and Western Michigan Cooley Law School since 2009. He is a frequent blogger and commentator on antitrust issues and the author of two books on antitrust. He is a long-time leader of the ABA Antitrust Law Section and currently serves as vice chair. Additionally, Steve was the in-house antitrust lawyer at General Motors for more than 20 years.
