The Better F-Word: Why Having FUN In Your Business Is Critical (& How To Do It) | Ep 22

In this episode, I unpack how I see two types of "fun" in business: one is in how I show up for my audience, and the other is more internal -- focused on how my team and I actually get work done. The latter always tends to be a little harder for me to "have fun" - in part because I'm always so serious about what I do, even though I love it so much!!
So this year, I've decided to prioritize having fun in the actual WORK of the business, and, in this episode, I share my three ways for doing that:
1. Constantly identify the joy-suckers in your biz and kick 'em to the curb. Delegate, outsource, or eliminate.
2. Connect with fellow entrepreneurs. Swap stories, share laughs, keep each other motivated.
3. Celebrate EVERY win, big or small - CELEBRATE THEM.
