Just as there are four quarters in a basketball or football game, let's take our life span into four quarters and take a deep dive. 

• 1Q: Birth - 20 years old
• 2Q: 20 - 40 years old
• 3Q: 40 - 60 years old
• 4Q: 60 - 80 years old
• BONUS QUARTER: 80+ years old = WINNING!

Time is a precious commodity that we can’t afford to waste. There are no time outs &  commercial breaks. Take the time to make sure you recalibrate continuously to make sure you are living your best life.
