After a two week hiatus of grounding down in Costa Rica we are officially back with a really exciting episode & guest!
This week I invited on my mentor and dear friend Cecilia Angel to have a conversation about the necessity of bringing spirituality out of the head and into the body. We go in depth about how incorporating embodiment work has completely changed the way we now see and experience reality.
Cecilia walked me through a 6 month journey during one of the darkest and most confusing times of my personal awakening journey. She is a master at her craft and is one of the most deeply devoted humans I have ever met in my life. Her support and guidance helped me to understand and navigate the opening of my channel and the deep development of my psychic and energy healing abilities. It was in her presence that I experienced the presence of God in my body for the very first time.
In this episode we talk about what to truly expect as you traverse this path. We get into how cool it can be to open up your perception to other dimensions but, how the coolest part of this journey is gaining a greater awareness of yourself as a human being and how that is the most divine and holy experience of them all. We speak to the power of mentorship and how healing this journey truly is when you seek the support of someone who can handle, hold, and resonate with your experience because they have physically been through the peaks and valleys of the process.
