The Myles and Grant Experience
The Myles and Grant Experience is a long form discussion between two long time friends. Often hilarious, the discussion also goes deep on mental health, how to survive in the modern world, keeping it simple, travel, living purposefully (the no B.S. approach) and the miracle of life. Often on point, and often totally off track. This is as honest and fulfilling as it gets... enjoy.
The creators Myles and Grant are looking long term. Their aim is to build a community of listners, who are willing to be open and honest about mental health. Who are willing to ask their fellow man, if they are ok, when they notice a person is suffering. Grant and Myles are hoping that through their conversation about the tools, they use to deal with life´s ebb and flow and through infectious laughter, they will enspire others to openly communicate with people in their enviroment to share discussion, tools, ideas and honesty on how to help live a motivated and beautiful existance.

Join the lads this week as Myles checks in from Ceduna, just over the Western Australian border in South Australia, while Grant calls in from the studio in Germany.
Myles shares an unforgettable experience with Southern Right Whales and reflects on life on the road. He talks about choosing a different path—making the most of life’s free time instead of simply following the expectations of others—and the courage it takes to build a life that’s true to yourself.
Grant reflects on a week filled with family, football, and gratitude. He shares how slowing down has allowed him to notice the raw honesty and personalities of his children during the busy seasons of life, and speaks proudly about his wife’s international travels and the opportunities she’s embracing.
Together, the boys have an uplifting, inspiring, and positive conversation about family, freedom, perspective, and living intentionally. As always, they finish by sharing what they’re grateful for and leave listeners with plenty of encouragement to carry into the week ahead.
