Valerie Huber, who spearheaded the creation of the Declaration during the first Trump administration, where she served the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services as U.S. Representative for Global Women’s Health. Today, she serves as Founder and President of the Institute for Women’s Health, where she promotes women’s global health priorities, empowering women to thrive and achieve optimal health at every stage of their lives.
