Hey guys,

Had to call an audible for this week's podcast. I'm pretty excited over the Eagles' Draft haul this weekend, so instead of focusing on my previously planned episode - My Journey from Fat to Fit, I am going to break down the Birds' draft! I'm super excited about what Howie and the Eagles accomplished this weekend and I give my thoughts/opinions on where I see these players projecting next season and beyond.

I also touch on some updates with the Family (Happy Anniversary to me and my wife and Happy Birthday Brett!). I touch on the other Philly Sports teams and give a couple quick fitness tips.
