SIDE NOTE: I don't believe these short form videos are all bad by any means, I think its very useful to see a healthy and calm example of an argument. Many of us have not witnessed that in life and it's important to share and talk about. Where I think it's damaging is that they can not encompass the bigger picture and many of us have a hard time seeing the bigger picture. So if this "perfect" 10-60 video is our foundation of a healthy relationship that can often lead us to comparison and disappointment when our relationship doesn't resemble these examples.
