Spring Equinox – Finding Balance in a Season of Awakening
As we move through the Spring Equinox, nature offers us a powerful moment of balance—equal light and dark, a pause before true growth begins. But this season of awakening isn’t always as clear or effortless as it seems.
In this episode, we gently explore the idea of a “spring of deception”—those moments where growth can feel confusing, overwhelming, or even misleading. When everything is shifting, how do we know what’s truly aligned for us?
Drawing on the wisdom of Crystal & Kundalini Yoga with the balance of the positive, negative, and neutral minds, you’ll be guided back to a place of clarity, trust, and inner steadiness.
This episode includes a calming yet simple practices to help you:
- Find balance before moving forward
- Navigate emotional and energetic shifts with ease
- Reconnect to your own inner truth and timing
A soft, grounding listen for anyone feeling the pull of change… but wanting to move through it with trust rather than pressure.

Hi everybody, welcome back to The Empress and the Rock. I am Victrum.
SPEAKER_02I'm Chris. Hello, everyone.
SPEAKER_01And I um I wanted to talk to you about spring equinox because happy spring equinox. It is officially the first day of spring. Is it today? Yes. And it feels like it as well, doesn't it? It's sunny, it's beautiful.
SPEAKER_02You know what? I was just it it is, and for the last couple of days it's been really sunny and really nice, hasn't it? And it just well, I was gonna say it makes you want to drink.
SPEAKER_01Well that's not the right attitude.
SPEAKER_02No, that's not the right attitude, obviously. But it does it does make you feel different, doesn't it? The sun coming out after so much rain, yeah, just makes you feel lighter.
SPEAKER_01It's not just that. I mean spring equinox. Equinox actually means equal, equal between between day and night. So we're almost there where you've got the 12 hours of day and the 12 hour hours of night. So there's that balance happening right now. And it can it's a bit of a double-edged sword, though, isn't it? Because um you have this quickening within you, because there's a quickening happening in our earth, there's a quickening happening under the earth with things growing and starting to as soon as the sunlight hits and turns into spring, then the the are the the little cells in the plants and everything know how to grow.
SPEAKER_02So I think can you hear that?
SPEAKER_01Sorry about that, or just excuse the dogs.
SPEAKER_02And I don't know what maybe it's spring equinox affecting him, but the slightest noise from anywhere sends him into a bit of a tailspin, and he thinks he's got to tell us about it. So he might do that again. I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_01So it is it's it it's it is a double-edged sword because you've got that excitement of spring, but then also it becomes and the quickening of our nervous system as everything else is rushing and starting to grow, and then pressure comes up within ourselves because it's like, oh no, now I need to do things, I've got to spring clean, I've got to launch into this new thing, and all of this happening starts where you're like, I've got to do it, I've got to do, I've got to do, but you know, spring surely we need a bit of um a breather.
SPEAKER_02So we've been slumbering all through winter.
SPEAKER_01I know, but people do feel that, don't they? They feel like they need to rush, like, here it is, let's do everything.
SPEAKER_02Can't we wake up slowly?
SPEAKER_01Absolutely.
SPEAKER_02Can't we do like a long, leisurely stretch for a few weeks?
SPEAKER_01Well, spring's for a long time, and it's also it's messy.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Spring is messy, it's not fully formed, it's not like spring equinox, there we go. Everything's done, everything's perfect, which is the kind of life we live in now where it's like everything's done, everything's achieved, and now it we've we've opened the door to spring and it's all fully formed.
SPEAKER_02Well, it's all instagrammable, that's right.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I have a fully formed, beautiful Instagrammable spring right in front of me. I have a beautiful spring body, I have a beautiful spring garden, I have my house fully spring cleaned.
SPEAKER_02And if it's on TikTok, it lasts for 30 seconds, and then we're into summer.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, absolutely. So there's that need for everything to be so perfect and already done. So that does create then stresses and anxieties, and people feel like if you've not wanted to go out and you've wanted to help yourself and stay in and do the and all of a sudden you're like, I need I've got to go out now, it's sunny, I need I must do these things, and it's about going gently with it, gently, gently. And what our son reminded us about, didn't he? He's a gardener, and he's come through a tricky winter. Well, we all have come through this, and it's been an amazing journey and very healing. But we went out on a beautiful walk, and um, a few couple of weeks ago to Ludd's Church, wasn't it? Absolutely stunning. Ludd's Church is a huge crack in the earth.
SPEAKER_02For want of a better description, that's exactly what it is. It's a big chasm, isn't it?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and it's very powerful. It was you know, it was used by pagans and Christians, it's got a lot of energy in there, but the sun was just oh piercing down. It was like one of those first days where we got the sun after the rain. And my our son was saying, Yeah, but this is the spring of deception.
SPEAKER_02Which we've not we'd not heard of, had we?
SPEAKER_01We'd never heard of that before, and it's so true where we think this is it now, weather-like, you know, we've got the sun, let's get all our lovely clothes out, let's just be in that sunshine and enjoy the spring, and then before you know it, you've got wind, rain, and snow again.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, well, that's right, yeah, that's exactly what it was.
SPEAKER_01We are still in that spring of deception now, where there is some not to be doom and gloomy, but there's still the transition. It's this isn't it now till summer, and we do tend to think like that, don't we?
SPEAKER_02Well, we want to think like that. Probably because we watch so much um American TV where they do have quite defined um seasons. That is like a Dora. But we don't have that, do we? Because lovely sunny weather and then snow in either March or April, and then we have April shout. So we we're used to the chaotic type weather systems that we have on the British Isles, and and that's why what we love it as well as hate it, don't we? It's what makes everything so unpredictable, but um, yeah, so it certainly is potentially the spring of deception again.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and how I was thinking about that because I've been talking a lot about my clients with this spring of deception, because I just I don't know, I really like that whole sentence. I love words, I love the meaning of what it is, but it also means things within us, it's not just spring, it also relates to our minds. You know, it's we have these three minds: the negative, the positive, the neutral mind. And it's a little bit of that, you know, you think you've got all this positivity, and then the negative one comes in, going, what you're doing is not right. And then so we're really wanting to try and balance and bring in the neutral mind, which is the balance, which is about the equinox between both of those. You know, we can't have one without the other. We do need all of them, we need the negative mind, we need the positive mind, but we also need the neutral to be almost like the seesaw between those two minds. So when one becomes very dominant, say like the the negative one, which is quite obvious, you'll get the negative thoughts all the time, the worries, the fears, never doing anything. So the if it's too if the seesaw is really pushed down into that negative mindset, you may not do anything because you're so fearful. But on the other hand, as well, if then the seesaw, if the seesaw switches and goes massively to the positive side, then that can also be pressure because that can just be I need to do everything right now, and I have to do everything, and you can just go crazy and then get a burnout because you've got all this positive stuff going, yes, I must, I must, I must. So that's not a massively positive thing either, and it's too much. No, it's that balance, that equinox, that the the seesaw is perfectly balanced between the two of them, and that's something that's I suppose that's creating how do I create that? And that's by one addressing it, understanding which mind you may be coming from right now, with no judgment, just thinking, where am I coming from? It might even be, it might not be right now, it could be this moment, it could be I've been like this for a week, it could be I only feel like this for the last 20 minutes. Yeah, but it's checking in, it's always checking in and seeing where your seesaw might be landing and how you can help yourself, how you can draw into that. If you think about a seesaw, it's got that middle, it's called something, isn't it? I don't know, not actually on a seesaw, but if you had it with science, so it's a middle balance.
SPEAKER_02I don't know what it's called either, but it's the but that's your anchor, yeah.
SPEAKER_01So that middle bit is what we work on, that doesn't get enough energy really, and that's the going outside in nature, taking a deep breath, holding your crystal, bringing that seesaw into balance and helping yourself with that.
SPEAKER_02Well, there'll be a lot of um a lot of people at the with everything going on at the moment, and there's some cataclysmic events happening, isn't it? At the moment, that seesaw will be going off the scale. There'll be people that are feeling quite distraught. Yeah, well, it'll be going from one to the other, panicky, yeah, and then you know the sun comes out and it's like, oh, it's not that bad, and then they'll be they'll be wavering completely.
SPEAKER_01So depending on how much news you watch and listen to, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Absolutely, yeah. You try and not absorb it, don't you?
SPEAKER_01But I do feel it. Of course you do, and I know it's all around, I feel it in the earth. I see it with my clients. My client today said that she started collecting water and her husband was drinking it, and she's calling it war water.
SPEAKER_02What what what does that mean then?
SPEAKER_01She's collecting water to have, and that's as much as that was amusing, we were laughing at it in case they need it, in case something happens, like you've spoken about saying we need to stock up on beans and junior and have them in the cellar. Specifically, she's doing the same, she's doing war water, and I'm just like, I know, and all of that actually is funny but also quite terrifying.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, well, we think back to um the days of the pandemic, don't we? And of course, in the news as well, there's this meningitis thing. So, well, I didn't expect it to be quite so topical today, but there you go. Um, obviously, and and and the memories of those times, certainly at the beginning of the pandemic, when you couldn't go shopping because there's no point, there was nothing in the shop, so everybody had panic bought, you know, and and when when things I think it's a like a control thing, isn't it? These these things that are happening that outside of all of our control, we have to witness them and we have to live through them and experience them in in whatever way is thrust upon us, and we've got to try and control how we react to to those, and some people react to that by buying loads of toilet roll, and some people react to it by storing water and because they'll feel that they've got that little tiny bit of control, and that brings it back to the mind again, which is really powerful, and that analogy that I love to talk about, which is you know, the the mind wants to be the master, it wants to be.
SPEAKER_01If you imagine we're in a car, and the car is your body, your physical body, and your soul is the traveller, the person inside of that car, and the mind is the driver. And if the soul, the the passenger falls asleep on this journey, then the mind will just be like, I'll take you wherever I want to go. But then you need to, at some point, you have to wake up and tap the driver on the shoulder. Yeah, go, do you know what? Where where where actually where are we? I didn't want to go here. You can get on the back seat with me, we're okay, everything's fine, you can serve me. I don't want you to master me.
SPEAKER_02You wouldn't get in an Uber, would you, and tell the driver, just take me a rope.
SPEAKER_01Absolutely.
SPEAKER_02Whatever, whatever you feel like.
SPEAKER_01So it's allowing, you know, allowing us. The mind isn't this monster, you know, so many things now people talk about saying you've got to lose your mind, you've got to get rid of your mind when you do meditation. It's not about that at all. It's about calming the mind, giving it reassurance and going, do you know what? Come away from that driving seat. Come and sit with me, have a breather, that calms your nervous system right down, and then it will serve you gently rather than going, we feel out of control, you're asleep, so I'm just gonna have to drive us anywhere because I and the poor mind is so stressed out, it's desperately trying to control the situation.
SPEAKER_02It wants to do the right thing, but it doesn't know what the right is.
SPEAKER_01It's not getting any guidance because you're asleep on the back seat. So when we wake up, and that's the things by checking in, doing breath work, holding your crystal, writing stuff down, you know, checking in, not just going through.
SPEAKER_02What do you mean by that? Checking in. I know you you say that quite a lot, don't you? But what does that actually mean? It's a bit like when you say holding space. What does checking in actually mean?
SPEAKER_01Well, suppose it's I I wanted to go straight to analogy then, but that because that's how I explain things about when you're on a flight and you need to go and check in, because you can't get on your flight unless you've checked in.
SPEAKER_02Analogies work for me though, and I'm sure they work for other people. So go on, do your analogy. And if I don't understand it, I'll ask you. Oh, right.
SPEAKER_01Did you go? You've got to check in to get on your flight. So you won't be able to go anywhere if you've not checked in. It wouldn't let you allow, they wouldn't let you on that flight, would they, if you've not checked in. So everything would just all be happening, and you would be just like completely lost and not knowing. And that flight would be carrying on with all of its passengers, going on its lovely journey, and you are disconnected from that. You've not checked in, so you don't know what's happening on that flight, you're not going on your journey, you are in limbo, complete limbo, and just going through Groundhog Day, just going through your day, not really knowing because you've not checked in. The minute you check in and you get on that flight, so you're going within your body. So, say, like the aeroplane is your physical body, right? Okay. So you check in, go into your body and have a little look around and say, right, so who are my passengers? Have I got lots of negative people sat with me? Have I got any nice food? Have I got a lovely view? It's just checking in, going inside.
SPEAKER_02It's absolutely taking so actually awareness, being mindful and trying to take in waking up. Yeah, okay. Got you.
SPEAKER_01So you are going in, and it's so incredibly important, and it's something that is so easy, but also I know you struggle with it because you don't do it very often. And I will say to you, because you find it really hard, and it was Chris looks like he's about to get attacked now. He always does this thing where he's blinking a lot. I'm surprised you're not holding on to your waddle because you're getting nervous when you drive.
SPEAKER_02You might need to explain that. Hopefully not to my waddle.
SPEAKER_01The thing on his chin when he's driving along. I've noticed.
SPEAKER_02It makes me sound like I've got some sort of growth coming off my chin.
SPEAKER_01He holds onto his hairy chin underneath his other chin.
SPEAKER_02Let's not talk about my waddle anymore.
SPEAKER_01You wanted to explain about your waddle.
SPEAKER_02No, I wanted you to explain about checking in.
SPEAKER_01I forgot what I was talking about now. Oh, because you looked a little bit nervous then when I was about to talk to you and you were about to hang on to your waddle. So it's if if you're if you ever feel like you don't know how you're feeling or something, you just feel generally just and you can't explain it. I ask you questions, but you don't know how to answer them, do you? Because you don't regularly check in. So when it becomes a habit, that's when it's incredibly useful. And it's not, you know, don't mistake it for analysing and being harsh on yourself. It's not going, right, I need a checklist. What's what's going on inside of here? This isn't right, this needs to be sorted. I'm not happy. It's opening up the doors or just having a little look inside, or sitting in that space, sitting in the airplane, sitting in your body, and just observing. It's not judging, it's not changing anything, it's not going, what can I now fix? What can I sort? What don't I like? It's observing, it's just sitting and looking around. And then you start to get feelings of what that might be, and then you start to just by literally observing and checking in, your energy is already gone within. So you are starting to bring energy into your body, staying inside. Stay inside. So many of us are not inside. I know that's a complete paradox to we're about to go outside because of spring, but when you stay inside of your body, you will learn and understand and be able to observe so much more about yourself.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_01That makes sense. I don't even know why we're talking about that.
SPEAKER_02Well, because I asked you to explain what checking in means because you say it, and um and it's saying it and doing it or understanding it are two different things, aren't they?
SPEAKER_01So with spring, it's it's just being gentle with yourself, just knowing that it's that gentle approach to growth. It's not all in, it's not it's not diving out of bed and go, woo, it's gently waking up and stretching and yeah, and and and and enjoying the I suppose the journey, which is you know, it's a little bit cheesy, but it's so true. And it's it's it's just watching those changes around you and feeling what's happening and observing, and there will be loads of little tiny changes that we don't even know that's going on, but if you start to observe, then you start to recognise those and you understand them and you feel them more, and it's incredibly powerful, and that's why checking in and journaling as well is really powerful. This is a really good time to without stress, you know, try and bring balance with this. Maybe write down one thing, you could just have a five-minute spring alignment where you could wake up five minutes. I mean it's not very much, is it, and think, what can I do for five minutes today to bring myself gently into alignment? And that could be, for example, hold a crystal, just one crystal, hold it in your hands, you know that you're getting that energetic transference happening. The minute you hold crystal, all of those bumbling, gorgeous cells within your hand within your body start to exchange with the cells in the crystal.
SPEAKER_02And does it need to be a particular because obviously you talk about different crystals for different things? Does it need to be a is it like a citrine because it's the sun's coming out, or is it well, yeah?
SPEAKER_01It can be as obvious as that, and that would be so lovely because citrine is about spring growth, it's gorgeous, or a green one, you know, adventurine is lovely for growth, or if you want a real physical, like malachite. But I love for you to go intuitively with this, you know, go and allow your eyes to land on all of your beautiful crystals. I know all you guys have masses of them, and just think, oh, look at you today, you're lovely, and take hold of that crystal and just just for one minute, first of all, allow that to happen, allow that energy exchange, allow the crystal to begin to interact with your energy. No miracles, nothing like, oh, I can feel something, oh I can feel the angels with me. Just holding it, just holding it. Then you may want to start doing some deep breaths, just three deep breaths. Because when we when we breathe, we move energy is a fact. So you're starting to already draw that crystalline energy deeper into your body, and then the final thing you may want to then go within, you know, have a look inside and be reflective. That's like looking at the mirror that's going on inside of you, and think what? Maybe ask yourself a question and you could write this down. It could be, for example, how am I feeling? Or it could be what do I feel is changing, and just write that down. That's that would take five minutes, and that would create a spring alignment.
SPEAKER_02But or are you recommending that people would do that every morning then? I would like for a particular amount of time while spring is happening.
SPEAKER_01For growth, I would love for people to do that every single day, regardless of whatever season we're going into, to begin to check in and look at it.
SPEAKER_02But I think for so if you don't do it, and and lots of your um friends will do it, and lots of your clients will do it as well, I'm sure. But there'll be lots of people that don't. There'll be loads of people that think, yeah, I really must do that, and then if they're like me, but yeah, but what's on TV or I'm a bit bit hungry or what's in the fridge.
SPEAKER_00I know.
SPEAKER_02So and uh it's sort of slightly related. You're doing I did like an exercise challenge at the beginning of the year, and you're doing a meditation challenge. So I'm not I'm not saying you've got to set a challenge to people, but if they were gonna do it, what's the minimum amount of times that is it like if you could just do it for 10 days, it becomes a habit, or would you say two weeks, or would you just say just do it for a week and see the difference?
SPEAKER_0140 days creates a wonderful embedded habit. Right, yeah, and it's not even a perfection. This is what I'm learning with my kundalini yoga journey to perfect something. I'm doing a 31-minute meditation and with a lot of chanting and breath work, and it's you know, it's it's quite full on for 31 minutes for 40 days. I'm nearly there, which is woohoo! Amazing, but it's it's also like do I feel any different? I don't think because you think like, wow, I've done this, it's almost like you feel like this reward when I when I when I finish it, I feel like I'm going to get this big badge from the angels going, well done, but actually it's not about that.
SPEAKER_02You know what? If um so in January we did dry, well, I did dry January, you did as well, and I started doing exercising, and and actually after a month, you can see a difference.
SPEAKER_01You can, yeah.
SPEAKER_02I'm not as fat as I used to be, and not saying I've got a six pack or anything, but you know, the trouser size has gone down a bit, so yeah, so you can see a difference, but if you're doing it mentally, you'd also expect to feel it's harder to do it. But you're saying there's no difference then.
SPEAKER_01No, there no, there's so many differences, but I was expecting this all singing dancing, and that's the that's like me expecting to be like Arnold Schwarzenegger after Well, it's harder, it's so much harder because you have got results, yeah, and you and you can see you can weigh yourself, and you you for me. I I told you this, didn't I? That's how I'm feeling about it. So I was expecting this, like I think because it's been such hard work, then I want this reward. But that's just the kind of life that world that we live in. Like, why have I not got this big gold beautiful box that's now going well done? That was amazing. But actually, in Kundalini, they say that it takes a thousand and one days to complete something before you master it. That's something like three years, three and a half years of doing it every single day. So I'm just like at a tiny, tiny tip of it. So, what am I expecting?
SPEAKER_02You're not even on the first step, are you, effectively?
SPEAKER_01But those changes, okay, they've not been like losing one and a half stone or anything very physical.
SPEAKER_02I wish it was one.
SPEAKER_01You have lost one and a half stone.
SPEAKER_02I haven't.
SPEAKER_01But It's subtle changes, and if I didn't check in every day, I wouldn't have noticed those, but then I I have noticed them, and I feel very connected to myself. I feel my intuition is off the scale, that is really improved. I have this. Um we we went down to London for the weekend, had a gorgeous weekend last weekend, and with with family and with friends, and we stayed there a couple of nights, and sometimes I feel lots of times I've gone there, I've felt quite challenged and out disconnected from myself, haven't I? And just thought I don't feel me. You know, you're in different places, you're sleeping somewhere. I felt and I and I've never really felt very connected. Whereas this time I felt very peaceful, very at home, even though I wasn't, because I was so connected to my soul, and nothing made me feel overly anxious. There was lots of travel, lots of people, drinking, partying, you know, all of that where I felt I was fine with it. I could back away from it, I could take a breather, and I felt so comfortable in myself. Yeah, and that only hit me when I got home going, wow, I did not, I didn't struggle, I didn't get worried, I didn't get anxious, I didn't need to feel I needed to be somebody I wasn't, I just was me.
SPEAKER_02You could just relax and be yourself. That's amazing.
SPEAKER_01That's the journey of the meditation because it you get such a strong connection to yourself that that's unwavering, that that doesn't break. That doesn't break even when you you well, even more so when you get put in these situations where it could feel a little stressful. I mean it sounds awful, it was a beautiful weekend, but people we do get we're all the same, we get discompopulated, don't we, when there's lots of people, especially London.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and and you're not in your own bed. And well, you get anxious, people get anxious about all sorts of things. I get social anxiety, and so it's completely understandable when you're going to when you're doing something that's not normal, yeah, and it's not normal for us to go down to London, is it? Normal.
SPEAKER_01Exactly.
SPEAKER_02There's so many different things to what is a normal weekend for us.
SPEAKER_01So it's not as obvious as when you give up alcohol and you get these or you begin to lose weight.
SPEAKER_02You check in.
SPEAKER_01Well, when you check in, then yes, it is.
SPEAKER_02When you check in and you go inside, then it is obvious because you can see a difference because you can gauge yourself from when you last did something like that to how you felt, not acted necessarily, but how you felt when you did it this time, and there's clearly a big difference between that then. Yeah, I feel um yeah, that's a big change.
SPEAKER_01I feel lots of release. I felt like at first, and then I kind of was wanting more of that when I was doing the deep meditation, but then I've realized that it's okay just to have the stillness and not the it's a bit like if you do go on a weight loss journey or any form of journey, it's usually quite at first like wow, this is amazing, and then you get the bit in the mundane going, what do I do now? It all becomes a bit, it's all a bit steady, and you're a bit stuck with it. But that's I think where the miracles happen because that's when you stay with it, just put one foot in front of the other.
SPEAKER_02Because in anything like that, you might have the drama of the first bit where you see or feel yeah, changes or big results, and then it and then that where that initial burst wears off, and then it's easy to go, what's the point? Yeah, very much revert back, isn't it?
SPEAKER_01But it is it's it's just so powerful for just that five minutes, you know, and we and going back to what you were saying about you we can all you've got clients that do it and you do it, and then but loads of us don't. My clients when when I see my clients, I've started writing stuff down, and and and my clients who come to see me will know this because I give them homework because there's so many things I can see they could do that would benefit from when I next see them, yeah. And probably lots of them wouldn't do it, but the ones that do it, there's massive changes.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I mean, you can't just come and see somebody for a two-hour appointment once a month or something and expect that to work. You've got to homework, it's a logical thing, isn't it? You've because it's about a life change, it's awareness, you've got to do things, haven't you?
SPEAKER_01It's bringing that awareness and responsibility back to them and not to I come to you, you fix me, because that's not ever been what I do. I will help you on your journey, and I'll take some of the things away with the crystals and the treatments with what's not serving you, but then talk to you about that so you don't attract it anymore. But then it's yeah, I'll give you the reins.
SPEAKER_02You can hold a mirror, I suppose, really, can't you? And a mirror and a guide as to what they can do to help themselves, but that's ultimately what they have to do. It's yeah, they've got to do it, and I can't force them, you know.
SPEAKER_01This is this is their their absolutely their journey, and I just wish sometimes I'd try to integrate it so much and try and see it. It's like cleaning your teeth, you know. If you could see what I see when I'm doing treatments inside people's bodies, just I've just got an image of dirty teeth in my mind. I know, but if you could see it yourself, you wouldn't go out of the house with that. You go, I could do with doing a bit of breath work today and holding like maybe like a say a smoky quartz and a clear quartz because I need some energy alignment and I also need a sponge to absorb all of this ig inside of me. Not because you're ashamed of it, but think this isn't great to go out with all this hanging around me because it's gonna fuff off onto other people as well. It's not great. So exactly just like we wouldn't do it, if you went out with dirty teeth, you're gonna pass on halitosis, you're gonna make people faint when you open your mouth, you're not gonna want to smile. It's the same with your body, but and when you when you've got that energy, if you because we can't see it, we're like, it's fine, but you can't.
SPEAKER_02We know it's not, but you can see we know it's not fine, but it's easy to say it's fine because you can't see it. It's like if you've got a dodgy roof, if it's not raining, then you think, oh, it's fine, we don't have to worry about that. Absolutely, so it's it's just I'm not sure my analogy works as good as yours.
SPEAKER_01Try and try and think about it like cleaning your teeth, you know. Do something that's a habit. Like when I did my um sacred mornings, so many of my beautiful clients still message me to this day. And when was it? Probably about six months ago, and I did it. It might even be a year ago, nearly getting off nearly a year ago. Can't remember.
SPEAKER_00I can't.
SPEAKER_01When I did I guided us through, I think it was four weeks of an early morning check-in and doing meditation, and they're still doing it, and they're still thanking me, going, thank you for introducing me. Not that they needed to thank me, but going just to show me what I can do with myself, because it's we're coming into an age now, you wouldn't know it with what's going on in the world, but where it's self-awareness and helping ourselves rather than looking for the gurus all over the world. We have got this inside of us, deep, deep inside. And when you check in, you find that beautiful inner guru, and they hold your hand and they help you with kindness and love, and it's so very special.
SPEAKER_02And it's in the sunshine.
SPEAKER_01What is the guru?
SPEAKER_02Well, it is now back to spring, isn't it?
SPEAKER_01The sun is shining, the inner guru, yeah. So, yeah, with enjoy your spring equinox and without the pressure, remember there's balance, exactly what equinox means. C saw balance, it's that balance, so it's it's creating that balance and not going all out, giving yourself a breather, taking a big deep breath. If you're feeling a little bit overwhelmed with everything right now, just take a deep breath before you set out into that sun. Looking up and absorbing that vitamin D, allow it to shine right into your heart. I mean, that's another beautiful little practice to do. Hold rose quartz while you sat. You don't have to be in the garden, you could just literally be at the back door and just look outside at the sun and just raise your heart to the sun. It's so powerful to just pull your shoulders back and put your boobs up to the sunshine because that is opening or chest, opening up your heart chakra, and if you were holding those quartz in both hands, imagine all that energy like electrifying into your heart, and then you are opening up. Even just doing the feeling of if you hunch and bring the shoulders inwards and kind of enclose your heart, it makes you feel weird.
SPEAKER_02Specifically there now, hunchy hunchy.
SPEAKER_01It does make if you if you were like that for a long time, you start to feel quite horrid, wouldn't you? They're just literally like a flower, and that's again I learnt this with kundalini, you know, you ribs, it's called a rib cage. Open that cage and allow your heart to shine. Just that, that's just one little tiny thing you could do. Yeah, there's so many little beautiful things that you could do, but keep it small, keep it simple, keep it small, keep it simple, but do it. Please do it. Five minutes, just five minutes.
SPEAKER_02Well, it'd be good to hear um if anybody does do that or does something, you know, not that, but what they could, but they could do something else, some little routine that they um do as a result of this, and and what difference that makes. It'd be great to hear, wouldn't it?
SPEAKER_01How you enjoyed your spring, your spring equinox. You know, did you do anything wonderful? Did you do a ritual? Did you go out and have a breath? Did you show your heart to the sun?
SPEAKER_02Did you get your boobs pointed out at the back door with roast quartz in each hand? No pictures necessary, but if you want to tell Vicky about that, that'll be good.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, you could do that, that'd be so lovely for your boobies and the your heart chakra.
SPEAKER_02Be careful of your neighbours, obviously. Don't get no one in trouble. On that bombshell.
SPEAKER_01Booby shell. We shall see you very soon and take care and enjoy. Bye bye.
SPEAKER_02Bye everyone.
