Based on 22 trials since 2015 have shown that modifying starter P placements can:
- Avoiding establishment losses whilst maintaining yields
- Achieve more reliable and predictable establishments
- By ‘SPLITTING’ starter fertilisers growers can
- Spread fertiliser in less busy periods
- Reduce fertiliser handling at sowing
- Streamline sowing operations
- Risk management strategy- dry sowing etc
