In this podcast I sit down with property developer Rosey Cassidy. Rosey comes from a family of Real Estate developers in the Cassidy Group. In her mid 20’s she decided to setup a property development business away from the family business. Along with her business partner, Tyler Newman, she has acquired and is about to build out their first development site together as Newman Rose, with 14 luxury detached houses in Cambridgeshire. In this podcast we sit down and discuss her journey of building this business and how I, or anyone watching, could get started in their very first development deal.
