I'm back with part 1 of a highly requested episode, where I talk about healing from narcissistic abuse. I will primarily focus on the abuse from my father, however as this series develops I will talk about other relationships as well. This episode is centered around betrayal. I know that is a BIG emotion that survivors feel once they understand what actually happened to them. I decided to split this episodes up because I'm still healing and processing and this this topic being so complex, I think breaking it up is best!
