Healing From Narcissistic Abuse (part 2) | No Contact With A Sick Parent
Hey Babes,
Today's episode was hard for me to record. Healing from my narcissistic father has been one of the most painful and energetically taxing experiences I have ever had. I didn’t know this amount anger, resentment and hate could ever live inside someone I love so much. I have compassion for my father but I have more compassion for my inner child and that is why this decision to continue no contact is the ultimate self love. If you resonate, you are not alone and I am sorry you're going through this. Together we will heal.
