Robin Bonn is an agency advisor and leadership coach to some of the world’s best-known agencies - McCann, MullenLowe and DDB, and leading independents, such as MSQ, AnalogFolk and Stink Studios.

He is the CEO and founder of Co:definery, an advisory and coaching practice that specialises in helping agencies create their own ‘Market of One’. Robin is also the co-founder of Clevernest Property Group, which creates modern and thoughtfully designed Co-Living spaces for working professionals.

Before Robin launched Co:definery in 2016, he spent nearly 20 years in agency growth roles, from start-ups to global networks. Big wins he’s worked on include P&G, Skype, Eurostar, Microsoft, Spotify and more.
