Naveed Tariq Khawaja is a former banker turned entrepreneur. He was born and raised in Pakistan and has been living in Hong Kong since 2009.

Naveed worked as a banking professional for 20 years in the APAC region, holding both client and non-client roles. He worked at Citi, Standard Chartered Bank and Bank of America (where he worked for 14 years). In August 2025, Naveed left his full-time job to focus on building new businesses.

In 2025, Naveed founded 212HK, Hong Kong’s largest indoor pickleball centred social club, combining community, connection and the extra degree of ‘effort’ that turns good into great.
