Maya and Olivia are the powerhouse duo behind the Not On My CV podcast. What started as two London girls navigating quarter‑life curveballs has grown into a community for go‑getters figuring it out one plot twist at a time.
Both balance full-time roles. Maya leads GTM (Go-To-Market strategy) at a fintech, and Olivia is a Product Manager in the tech industry. They first met at the University of Cambridge, became great friends and eventually turned their career chats into a podcast that now spans two seasons and 18 episodes since launching in January 2025.
