The 'Lived Experience Matters' Series for Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is coproduced by the patient experience team and the volunteers and lived experience team.
It is available to all, and we hope that it will go some way to addressing myths and challenging the stigma that people with mental illness face on a daily basis.
