In this episode, I talk about the value that our "softer" skills have in leadership roles, and sometimes we downplay how useful these skills are. When considering stepping into a leadership role, it's easy to think "but I'm not outspoken, I can't command a room" and yet you are missing some of the vital skills that you likely already possess as necessary for leadership too.
Skills such as:
- listening
- perceiving
- sensing
- organizing
- writing clearly
