The Lead Quietly Podcast

77. What if some goals aren't completely "solved"?

Jennifer Boyle, Leadership & Communications Season 3 Episode 77

Before Christmas, I challenged myself to a small, but difficult goal. At the age of 45, I finally learned how to solve a Rubik's cube. This was something I had previously thought was impossible, and if you asked me years ago to solve one, I would have laughed in your face. As if!

In this episode, I share how the Rubik's cube gave me 2 big insights in how we go after our big goals in life:

1. What does "solved" look like for your goal?

2. Do you know how to solve it? (hint: not everything can be completely "solved")

I hope this episode will give you a new way to look at how you are going after your goals and will ease some of your frustration of not ever "solving" your goals.

Happy listening!
