81. 3 things I'm doing while I navigate a season of pause (that are making me feel productive and more calm)
I'm in a season of pause right now, doing some re-evaluating and re-calibrating so I can set myself up for a success future. Pausing can be really uncomfortable because you feel like you should be doing something, and this has happened to me as well.
In this episode, I'm sharing the 3 things I am doing (or doing differently) that are respecting the season of pause that I'm in, but also are helping me feel productive and like there is movement and momentum at the same time.
The 3 things have to do with:
- visualizing and how you see the big goal
- catching yourself trying to rush to resolution
- choosing a new timeframe & method for focusing
I hope you enjoy the episode!
