86. The power of 'No Matter What' thinking
What if your default belief was "My (insert your dream here) was going to be a success no matter what" instead of consantly wondering and questioning?
As a lifelong critical thinker and realist, believing in things I can't see yet has been difficult to say the least. However, in this episode, I share about the mental shifts I've been making lately to uplevel my core beliefs in a way that supports where I want to go, instead of dragging me down.

- Imagine if a positive core belief was your new default, and actually the truth?
- A real-time example of how I'm applying this belief to my life
- A reminder of your power to choose beliefs vs. letting them happen to you
- I give you phrasing to use to start re-writing your new beliefs right now

- If your new core belief was the truth, what different decisions would you make?
- How would you show up differently?
- How would you feel instead?

- How would it decrease the amount of time you wasted on overthinking, overplanning, and questioning yourself?
