An Interlude on Alignment: Choosing Joy Over Programming

This week on A Spiritual World, I’m stepping back from recording a full episode to honor alignment, authenticity, and joy. Instead of forcing myself into programming that says you must show up every week no matter what, I’m leaning into what feels good—batch-making herbal remedies, slowing down, and listening to my soul.

This short interlude is a reminder for you, too: when the energy feels forced, pivot to what excites you. We’re in the death phase of the year, shedding old coats and preparing for rebirth. So ask yourself—what shifts are bringing you joy? What fire is calling you forward? And where might fear still be holding you back?

Welcome back to a spiritual world podcast. I'm Toriea, and this week there will not be a full episode, because the truth is the energy just isn't aligned for recording. And I don't believe enforcing myself into something that feels unnatural or programmed. Instead, I've been pivoting into joy, into what feels authentic for me right now. And that looks like batch making herbal remedies, slowing down and listening to the natural rhythm of my body and soul. Programming tells us, be punctual, stay consistent, push through, don't break the pattern. Alignment says, "Throw complete caution to the wind. Honor your truth and step into your power." So that's the reminder I want to leave you with this week. We're entering the death phase of the year, a shedding of coats, identities and patterns, so that we can step further into who we are becoming. Ask yourself, "What shifts are you seeing that are bringing you joy?" What fire is asking to be followed? And where might you still be preventing your own rebirth in the alchemical flames? No worries, no judgment, I've been there. I know what it feels like to hold myself back. Just last fall, I received a transmission that my fears had delayed me from stepping fully into my destiny. At first, I didn't understand. Aren't we always right on time? However, then I saw the truth. Fear had won out and I had ignored the callings of my soul. I was broke, frozen and unable to move forward. That year taught me so much. It reprogrammed me. It showed me that survival is just one chapter of many. And that thriving comes when we finally choose ourselves. So, let this interlude be your reminder. Choose you. Everything else will fall into place. Next week, we'll be diving into how the Seth material intertwines with hermetic principles and the man to frequency. After that, we'll be bringing in Bashar, Abraham and more.
