In this episode of A Spiritual World, we explore how Bashar’s Laws of Creation weave together with the Hermetic Principles and the Mantis frequency to reveal the universal code of reality.

Who is Bashar, and why do his channeled teachings through Darryl Anka resonate so deeply across timelines? We unpack his Five Laws of Creation — beginning with You exist and culminating in the reminder that everything changes except the first four laws. Then we map them against Hermetic wisdom and the living architecture held by the Mantis.

This is more than a philosophical comparison. It is a holy activation — a reminder that these truths are not outside of us, but alive within us. The episode closes with an embodiment practice and journal prompts to help you live the code in your own life.

Whether you’re new to Bashar, rooted in Hermeticism, or guided by interdimensional allies, this transmission will help you see how all paths point back to the same grail: you are the law, the principle, and the mirror embodied.

This space is where we get to explore the intersections of hermetics, multidimensional frequency, the transmissions of beings like the mantis and the channeled wisdom that comes through others like Bashar. Today, we are going to compare Bashar's laws of creation to the ancient hermetic principles and then of course take it one step further by weaving into the realm of the mantis frequency because when these teachings collide, a fuller picture of universal truth starts to reveal itself. I'm Toriea and I'm so glad that you're here with me today and I want to be clear, these aren't boxes to force fit anything into. Not everything lines up perfectly. Not everything translates the exact same. The mantis, well for hermetics, I call them principles. However, Bashar has foundational four laws and the mantis, well they tend to bypass labels altogether and they hold frequencies that you feel more than define. Yet, when we put them side by side, you start to notice the same melody playing across different instruments, playing across different universes, playing across everything. So today, we're going to listen to those melodies altogether and see how they run congruently through the spiritual world outside of us as well as the spiritual worlds within us. Who is Bashar you might ask? Well, let's take a little meander into that realm before we finish on or further on into the podcast. Bashar is described as a multi-dimensional being of the Esasani civilization, a future counterpart of humanity who speaks to us through the channel of Darryl Anka, a human here on Earth. Darryl's story began in the early 1970s when he had two close broad daylight UFO sightings that opened his path into this exploration of himself and the universe and galactic beings. After years of studying metaphysics, he attended a channeling class and discovered he could connect with this being who identified himself as Bashar, a name meaning messenger or bringer of good news, which I have to say is definitely on point. Since the 1980s, Darryl has been channeling Bashar publicly, offering transmissions on the nature of reality, the mechanics of manifestation and our collective evolution. He even created a documentary called First Contact that tells the story of his journey with Bashar. What makes Bashar unique is not only the content as well as the clarity. His teachings are very simple, very direct and at most times very playful. They often distill vast metaphysical truths into concise statements that anyone can grasp. And his framework is often summarized in what he calls the "laws of creation." Originally shared as four and later clarified as five unshakable truths that apply no matter the dimension, no matter the timeline or the version of reality that is being lived in. Those are the laws that we are about to explore and map alongside the hermetic principles while sprinkling in the mantis frequency. So, let's get this party started and begin with the original four laws of creation as given to us by Bashar. And he frames them in these unshakable truths. No matter what dimension you're in, no matter how reality shifts, these four foundational laws hold always according to Bashar. And they're very simple and they are, number one, you exist. Number two, everything is here and now. Number three, the one is the all and the all are the one. And number four, what you put out is what you get back. Number four, direct, almost deceptively so. Because you exist, you can't not exist. You may change form, you may shift realities, you may transition dimensions. However, your existence cannot be destroyed. Even death is not a finite ending, it is a transformation. Now, everything is here and now. Number two, indicating that time is a construct and space is an illusion of separation. Every timeline, every probability, every version of you exists simultaneously. We don't wait for it to exist. We align to it, right? That's why working on changing our frequency to call in the life that we dream of is applicable. And again, number three, the one is the all and the all are the one. This is unity consciousness, the fractal nature of existence. Every drop of water contains the whole ocean. Every thought contains the entire cosmos. You are both the universe, experiencing itself as you and you experiencing yourself as the universe, right? That's why this channel is called a spiritual world. You are a spiritual world living in a spiritual world, a reflection of the vastness of itself. And what you put out, this number four, is what you get back. Frequency doesn't lie, we all know that, right? And energy is always reciprocal. Bashar calls this the reflective nature of creation. You can't escape the mirror of your own vibration. Now, let's start layering in the hermetics with these laws. This teaches seven principles as I like to call them. And personal confession, I transitioned more to calling them principles as I discovered more information along my journey and more specifically about Bashar's four laws because it seemed to me that the construct, the finite constructs of laws and creating in our reality started to reduce. And I felt that that was a really, really good thing because ultimately this journey is endless and infinite, which means that some of these laws potentially break down somewhere in other realities. But it doesn't mean that they aren't constructed by other laws. However, what it sums it up to for me and what if really the one truth is is that the one law of existence is that everything exists, right? Like that's really, really some yummy food for thought for my brain, hopefully for yours as well. And so what we're going to do is we're going to map those lovely hermetic principles to Bashar's four laws. Only here, we don't stop at intellectual mapping. We open the door to remembrance and invite the body to remember as well. This is a holy activation. And I'm so excited to be presenting this episode to you. I might have already mentioned. I definitely have followed and listened to Bashar for a few years. And I don't know. There's something ramping up. And I guess maybe it's because open contact is coming. And so it's definitely ramping up in that regard. So this is definitely like a blessing to put this podcast out here. So hermetic opens with the principle of mentalism, right? The all is mind, which you exist equals mentalism. And this is not a casual assertion. It's a declaration that existence is self is made of thought stuff. Not as a metaphor, however, as the literal fabric of reality. Bashar's first law, you exist, is the same cord struck from another instrument. Your presence is the proof, your awareness, the irrefutable evidence that mind is alive and very much self aware. And the mantis whisper, remember who you are. Not just as a human in a body, but a locus of infinite intelligences wearing form for a season for even just a brief season. This principle, this law is an invitation to shift identity from limited human to continuum of consciousness. This isn't something that happens to you. It is what you are continually enacting. In every realm and every dimension and every space time, continuum, reality in the infinacy. And what about that here and now, right? The here and now of Bashar is relevant to the vibration and the rhythm of hermetics. Where hermetics tells us that nothing rests, everything moves and everything vibrates. And that movement is what we experience as rhythm, the cycles of time. Bashar says everything is here and now. And hermetics explains why, because vibration collapses time into cycles and every cycle exists simultaneously. And the mantis add to this point and well taken I might add, the now is a grid point. It's a frequency node. They help us feel that collapse of timelines into a single architecture. And they help us move through them as well as on this journey of our seeking. The present moment is not necessarily a neutral starting point. It's more of a tuning fork. And when you align your inner vibration with a desired probability, the timeline folds towards that probability. Meaning how we're using the word fold and not quite unfold because time is elastic. And rhythm is the technique. And like Terence Howard really discusses in his phenomenal pieces of wisdom, right? Like we're constantly contracting, right? And so that's that folding toward that probability. So the one is the all. Well can you guess what that one relates to? It's going to be correspondence, hermetics as above so below as within so without, right? Like that's our correspondence. This is no platitude though. It's the geometry of the hologram. Because Bashar's third law, the one is the all and the all are the one. This is the hermetic axiom and that is Bashar's third law. Pretty much word for word. And of course the mantis, they show up to be the keepers of this fractal correspondence. They help us experience the hologram in anchoring it down, foundationally in a grounding point and making it possible. They're holding that framework up, right? If we talk about that so much that the smallest part contains the whole and they help you see how a scar on your shoulder can echo a cosmic wound and how a tiny act of kindness can rewrite an entire star map. They do not separate the micro from the macro. They show you the bridge to connect and perceive and understand an embody. How the micro and the macro are one. So correspondence is not merely metaphorical. When you realign an inner frequency, the entire fractal reorganizes to reflect that alignment. Healing a wound in the smallest octave literally ripples throughout the entire hole. Healing the smallest pebble or the smallest bug that lands on the water creates a ripple that is felt by the entire ocean. So number four, what you put out is what you get back, right? That's Bashar. Now we have a couple of principles playing into this one specifically. I've got cause and effect, polarity and gender, also meaning generational. Because her medic says that every cause has its effect. Every effect has its cause. Bashar condenses that into what you put out is what you get back. Very simple words, simple explanation. And polarity also helps explain the spectrum that your output exists on light dark positive negative, while gender explains the generative seed behind that output. Because gender actually means generational. It does not necessarily mean the context that we focus it in where there is this duality of separation between the masculine and the feminine energies. In the mantis, right? We're going to throw them in here, of course, because their frequency is so amazing and honorable. And we thank them so much for being here every time, every day and every way. They are master mirrors. They show us how precise that reflection is, how precise your thought, your word, your feeling, echoing back through their frequency with absolutely no distortion so you can find who you are internally. And gender as generational energy means that you can seed a whole lineage of realities by shifting the polarity of an intention. A single reoriented thought can be the seed that grows into new timelines, new family patterns, and new creative lineages. Now if you caught me at the beginning, you heard me say that there were four laws that turned into five, right? Bashar originally shared what he called the Four Laws of Creation and he later on clarified a fifth. Now the four, you exist, everything is here and now, the one is the all and the all are the one and what you put out is what you get back, we just went through those. The fifth is basically like a parenthesis around all of them, right? Like the mother cloud. And when I say cloud, it makes me think of IFS, integrated family systems, right? We've talked about that in the first season and how these different parts can be in like clicks or in these larger broader groups of parts. And that's what that really reminds me of is this fifth law is like the overseer of the other four laws. And that fifth law is drumroll please. Sorry. The fifth law is everything changes except for those first four laws. Now do you see why I was like mind blown and really had to run a parallel between the hermetic laws slash principles in comparison to what Bashar offers, right? Everything changes, which means that if those hermetic laws are laws, then either only some of them are finite and some of them change or the seven need to be compressed down in some way. I mean, it's an infinite reality, right? Like we could totally versatile this and comments please feedback please. How do you see these interchanging? And it just comes to the concept of a seven and four number and then now this fifth one being thrown in there because this is important. It shows us that change is the only constant, which brings me back to that one finite law, which is everything exists, right? Because for like existence is change. Like that is what creates existence is the desire and the willingness and the wantingness to change, right? From one form taking shape into another, from one thought taking shape into another and just consistently expanding. The terrain is always shifting and yet these four truths that Bashar delivers to us remain fixed, no matter the reality, no matter the timeline or the version of yourself, at least currently in our universe and what it is that we're here to do, that is how these apply. So Bashar definitely gives us the cliff notes, right? Like very simple, broken down just like this is what it is. Hermetics hands us the textbook, right? It gives us a little bit more depth, I think, into it a little bit more even kind of like weighted knowledge, right? Like Guru means heaviness, like weight. So we are like to become our own gurus, which is the path for all of us, is that we are dumping the weight of the third density and even the fourth and this, what are all the densities that we are climbing through to gain a different type of weight, right? Like in gold, in that illumination. And the mantis, they place the book literally like wherever it belongs in you, it could be in your heart, it could be in your head, it could be in your limbs, you know, in your chest and they teach you to read it with every part of your being and to like integrate and dissolve it into your bones for your remembrance. This is not a theoretical exercise. This is initiation. Each principle, each law is a frequency doorway that you are invited to walk through slowly, lifting it in the small things and seeing what resonates and leaving what doesn't, watching the architecture rearrange right within and in front of you. So a quick listener activation, just taking one minute to do so, you can take a second to just whisper to yourself and whisper the following words. I exist, I am present, I am one with the whole, I refine my output and just allow those four phrases to sink like seeds into the earth that is you. And notice those feelings that arise and tend to that seed with the breath, the breath of existence, the breath of nurturance, the breath of creation within you. And as we give gratitude for that quick listener activation moment, we will now pivot to what the mantis frequency has to offer us and what they add in with Bashar and the hermetic principles. Because the mantis, they don't just tell you, you exist. They build the scaffolding around your being so you can feel your own existence reverberating through every dimension. And when Bashar says that everything is here and now, the mantis bring you into the silence where all of the timelines collapse and their frequency helps you stabilize in the now, no matter how chaotic the outer world looks. When Bashar says the one is the all, the mantis activate the holographic remembrance inside of you that you are both the fractal and the whole. And they're showing me right now, like even as I say this, like the more that we say these laws and these principles, the more that we embody them. And so the one is the all, literally saying that I can see the mantis showing me how they activate another portion of that holographic remembrance inside of me for me to further embody it in my human form. And so when Bashar says that what you put out is what you get back, the mantis show you where you are unconsciously putting things out. And they help reveal those subtle layers like your body's vibration or those unspoken thoughts and how they still ripple into creation. The mantis help us remember that these aren't just abstract teachings. They help us anchor in the understanding that they are lived frequencies. They help us connect the dots between the stars and ourselves to show us that we are the one. So when we expand a little bit further beyond the laws, because I do want to kind of touch on something as well. I'm going to kind of pivot and jump subjects a little bit. We're still on Bashar, but we're going to navigate just a little bit away from those four or five laws that we just discussed. And we're going to expand into one other thing that Bashar really, really emphasizes and teaches. And that is excitement. Excitement is all about creation. Creation is all about excitement, at least according to Bashar. Following your highest excitement with integrity, and you'll always align with your soul's path. Not necessarily again, one of his four laws, but it is one of his core teachings. And I kind of maybe sometimes stick to it a little bit too much because I really want to be excited about everything that I do. And I know that that's not always possible because there's a array of different emotions. But like even going to, and I'll get a little personal here for a second, I mean, even recording this podcast episode today, like, I love recording my podcast. And sometimes I go into it and it's like, yes, I'm here, I'm so excited. And then maybe because I'm seeking it so much that it just isn't as excitable today. And maybe you can, I can feel it like in the way that I'm talking or I feel very calm, which is very, very peaceful. And so I guess maybe that's almost just as an amazing feeling as excitement, right? Like, I don't feel as insecure about putting myself out here. I don't feel as disheveled or as nervous or as anxious. I've noticed that I have this calm throughout the entire podcast. And I didn't plan on recording now. I was kind of putting it off and I was going to wait and see if maybe I felt better tomorrow. However, I realized that sometimes I just have to embrace the moment, right? Like, the here and now being present and being grateful for where I am and like, what I want to do, which kind of shows me that maybe there are different ways to get excited because excitement in just its raw form is, you know, pivotal, really, really, what sort I'm looking for. Amplified, right? Like, excitement is like this, this heightened energy. However, man, like the piece that I'm carrying in this episode and the flow, I'm excited about that. However, it's not the heightened like, oh my gosh, yes, I'm going to record my podcast today, you know, like that kind of excitement that sometimes I really get enthralled with. So I guess even in speaking all of this, I'm kind of teaching myself a lesson and that there are multiple ways to experience excitement. It doesn't have to be the high that I'm necessarily used to or the high that I'm chasing in regards. And we're talking to a recovered addict here. So, you know, I know all about chasing highs. So this is just monumental. This download that I'm getting in the middle of this recording and I'm just so grateful. Yeah, that's fun, right? Like, oh, see, there's my little high of excitement. And my piece is still here and that's also what's exciting. So it's like that energy boost that you get, right? Like you get this sudden energy boost and you're like, yes, I can, I finally feel like doing what it is that I need to do. But yeah, there's definitely other ways to get excited. And peace is a big one for me. Being at peace, being calm, my nervous system, just feeling at ease, that's monumental for me over any type of excitement or a lot of other things that we chase or seek or whatever it may be. So, to get back on track, her medics parallels excitement with the principle of rhythm. When you flow with the natural rhythm of your being, you are in harmony. And the mantis, they confirm this by saying that joy is resonance and excitement, it's the compass. And Bashar also emphasizes neutrality. Nothing has meaning except the meaning that you give it, right? Like if I would have thought before the past like two minutes of that reveal, I probably would have labeled how I felt like, I don't know, kind of ambivalent, maybe just low energy in a sense, although I know my energy is not real low. I'm just in this shift at the moment, but I don't have the exact word to describe it. So I would have described it as maybe not so much as exciting until I really experienced the peace that it was bringing with it. And so now I give it this meaning that allows me to raise my frequency, right? Instead of thinking of the excitement as in present, and this is, you know, I'm just accepting that and this is where I am, instead it's like, man, look at this peace throughout. And I can get excited about that. But it doesn't have to be the type of excitement that maybe heightens me to where I later have to come down from it as well, because that is also something I'm very, very much working on is not getting so high on excitement or not having an excitement that's so extravagant because I'm constantly surprising myself nowadays. I've literally like done a whole nother transformation in my life and shifted a lot of physical things that I'm doing and surprising myself. And you know, it's a beautiful thing like to finally have this maybe more balance in my nervous system bringing more balance into my life and in doing things that before I didn't, I wanted to do, but my nervous system wouldn't necessarily allow it. And so this is also a beautiful reflection for me and I thank the energy of this podcast for allowing me to be seen. And I know that you guys understand and I appreciate you guys for being here as well and sharing this journey with me. So talking about neutrality, nothing has meaning except the meaning that you give it. And her medics would call this polarity because you assign the scale, right? Like negative positive. You decide which side you resonate with. And the mantis would call this the perception architecture. Your meaning codes your reality. So how do you want to build your reality, right? Like, I don't want to be negative about my podcast. I love my podcast. However, sometimes I wonder if I record in this certain energy, is it, is it not going to be received well or you know what I mean? Like maybe I have to have the excitement. So then that way the listeners can feel that energy. And I feel like that puts a lot of pressure on myself and a lot of expectation as well as a lot of maybe like I have to perform, right? Like it has to be just this perfect. And so to just being like, Hey, I absolutely love recording my podcast and I might not feel 100% but I'm going to give it all I got in the moment that I've got it. And you know, I'm showing up and I feel really good about it. And so while Bashar condenses those laws into those four immutable laws, her medics expands it into seven principles. And the mantis weave it into the felt experience that we as humans get to experience in this dimension that we're in. So here are the takeaways from today. These teachings aren't competing. They are complimentary. Bashar's laws are like the bold headlines, right? And her medics gives you the detailed chapters, segments, subsections. And the mantis, they let you walk into the story and feel it unfold in your own body, right? If you read the Akashic records, you know exactly what I'm talking about because being able to walk into those records and read them, same concept, right? And you don't have to memorize them or label them correctly, whether it's the Akashic records or these laws or these principles or the mantis frequency. What matters is that you are a living representation of them and their infinency. You are testing them out in your own life in real time. Because at the end of the day, the universe doesn't care what we call them. It cares how we embody them because it wants to experience itself in a magnitude, an infinite amount of ways. And before we end, I want to invite you into a practice. We've talked through Bashar's laws. We've talked about the hermetic principles. We've included an anchored in the mantis frequency now. Let's not just leave them as ideas. Let's take a moment to embody them. And that's only if you have time, pause, come back later, save it. You know, this is pretty much the end of the podcast besides the embodiment and reflection section that I decided to add in here. And so if you have time, you can just listen to it, right? Like I say, I mean, meditation is anywhere anytime. When I close eyes, whatever it is. When we have a moment to really anchor in and get in touch with ourselves, we can do it. I mean, I have absolutely... I don't know why this story always comes up, but I think it's also because it amazes me, right? Like we have this precedent that when you meditate, you need to do it in certain ways. And I think I've mentioned this before. Hopefully, maybe I'll shut up about it at some point in time. Maybe I'll mention it enough that I feel like it's enough. But however, when I used to truck drive, I used to listen to audibles. And I was driving, you know, 16 hours a day on my long days, especially if I broke down or something like that. Otherwise, DOT is 14. So I wasn't doing anything legal. Anyways, so I did a lot of audibles and I would pause the audibles for the meditations, but I would never really get a chance to go back to them or I wouldn't remember to until I was in the truck again the next day. And I'm like, oh no, like, what am I going to do? So I started to just listen to them. And I got the full embodiment of the meditation as I was driving. You know what I mean? I didn't have to do the physical acts of closing my eyes and mood draws and crossing my legs and back straight or laying down or whatever it is. I was just me in the moment, giving it the best I can with the purest intention to anchor in wisdom, truth, sovereignty, and know who I was and produce more healing and connection within myself. So wherever you are, you can do this embodiment and reflection. If you want to do it in a more conventional way, maybe in a more private setting that you might not be in, that's perfectly okay as well. However, do you, right? Like they say, do you, boo? So go for whatever makes you feel comfortable, go for whatever resonates. You know, this is where we are. Pause it, come back to it later or just dive in with me right now. So number one, we're taking it back to that you exist law, the mentalism and the remembrance of the mantis frequency. And if you can just anchor yourself into the earth, right? Just I am one with the earth, patchy mama, mother, gaiah, imagine touching a tree if you're not able to touch nature. Maybe you set with your feet both flat on the floor and just take five slow breaths. And on each inhale, just think I am. And with each exhale, feel that I am. And as you think I am and as you feel I am. Use yourself beginning to extend slightly beyond your skin. Notice the subtle widening, the small sensation. That is the mind field, acknowledging itself. And as these breaths come to an end, allow for one soft affirmation. I remember I am more than form. And just stay with the feeling for one full minute. Thank you.[BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO] And hopefully you've had some time to collect some thoughts here. As we move on to the second embodiment and reflection. For the law, everything is here and now in the principle of vibration and rhythm and that mantis grid point.[BLANK_AUDIO] So for this embodiment practice, we're going to focus on softening the jaw.[BLANK_AUDIO] Relaxing the shoulders.[BLANK_AUDIO] And if you're able to safely do so, feel free to place one hand over your heart and another over your belly. And if you're called to place them in any other segments of your body, follow that intuition.[BLANK_AUDIO] And we're going to enter into a four, four, four breath. Just briefly. We're gonna inhale two, three, four hold two three four exhale two three four inhale two three four hold two three four exhale two three four inhale two three four hold two three four exhale two three four and imagine a thin brilliant thread connecting an earlier moment that you desire and the version of you who already has it and you can continue this breath work and with that breath work each time that you practice the four, four, four, four you can feel those timelines drawing closer and closer together right into the center of your chest repeating encyclicals of three, six, nine, and so on and if you notice where your body may be tightens during this practice that is resonance resistance asking for compassion asking for softness and willingness and I'll give you another minute to focus and practice this embodiment breath work remember that inhale visualizing the thin, brilliant thread the hold emphasizing the connection and the exhale drawing it together into the center of your chest[BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO] That's awesome guys. I mean, embodiment practice is, you know, they can be hard. So, the journal prompt for this one specifically is going to be notice one small action today that you can take that is frequency consistent with a future you. Do it and observe the subtle shifts. So, again, it's less of a journal and more of an integration prompt. Noticing one small action that you can take today that is frequency consistent with the future you that you are calling in and performing it, and performing it, doing it, putting it into action, and observing the subtle shifts that it brings.[BLANK_AUDIO] And we'll move on to embodiment practice number three. The one is the all, correspondence, and the mantis fractal.[BLANK_AUDIO] And for this one, visualize a single point of light at your solar plexus.[BLANK_AUDIO] And as you see that light, and as you have that visualization, you watch it begin to expand like a snowflake fractal.[BLANK_AUDIO] Each branch mirroring the whole.[BLANK_AUDIO] And as it begins to grow, speak quietly, as within, so without.[BLANK_AUDIO] As within, so without.[BLANK_AUDIO] As within, so without.[BLANK_AUDIO] Then imagine one small internal change.[BLANK_AUDIO] A softened belief, a forgiven memory, and watch that fractal subtly, re-arrange itself.[BLANK_AUDIO] And allow the sensation to move from thought into tissue.[BLANK_AUDIO] This is all about correspondence. And understanding the communication between the different parts of ourselves. And how the communication from the left toe re-arranges the communication in the right ear. And examples like that.[BLANK_AUDIO] So I'm going to give you another minute to visualize that light at your solar plexus. And if you feel like you've grown a whole snowflake, and you've been able to follow the sensation all throughout, feel free to start another snowflake. Find another belief that needs softened, a pattern that needs broken, a memory that needs forgiven. And take another minute to do so.[BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO][BLANK_AUDIO] And as we come back from that embodiment practice, I do have a reflection question for you. What tiny inner recalibration might organize my outer world if I truly committed to it? Just take a moment to think on that, and then we'll move on to embodiment practice number four.[BLANK_AUDIO] And embodiment practice number four, what you put out is what you get back, cause and effect, polarity, gender, and the mantis mirror.[BLANK_AUDIO] Now if you are able to freely do so, feel free to light a candle. And if you're not, don't worry about it.[BLANK_AUDIO] Visualize a flame, whether it is you being the flame or a flame in your mind, or something that can represent such a thing. And as you do this, hold an object that symbolizes a persistent output that you want to change.[BLANK_AUDIO] Right, like it can be something, if you're at work, it can be something as simple as a pen. Maybe a worn receipt that you found in your pocket, a ring that represents attachment.[BLANK_AUDIO] And speak aloud what you acknowledge you've been emitting. Taking full responsibility without any shame whatsoever. And as you do this, cradle the object and breathe in a new phrase. It can be, I put out love, or I birth abundance, or I create with care.[BLANK_AUDIO] And bow your head ever so slightly even. And just allow your higher self, the mantis, the elements, whatever it may be, allow them to be your witness. And if you can do so, place the object somewhere visible for up to 24 hours. As a reminder that you are retraining your field.[BLANK_AUDIO] And for this one, do you have a journal thought prompt? What habitual outputs have I normalized that are shaping my life? And which polarity shift would begin the new lineage I want to call into being? Again, what habitual outputs have I normalized that are shaping my life? And which polarity shift would begin the new lineage that I want to call into being?[BLANK_AUDIO] All right. And to say a do and close this episode out, we're going to integrate a message from the mantis transmission. To anchor it all in, I'm sorry, from the mantis frequency, it is a mantis transmission. And they say, children of the code hear this. You exist beyond question. The now is the architecture, the one and the all are one pulse. Every output you breathe is inscribed in the fabric of creation. Stand as the grail that pours these truths into form. Remember, the laws are not outside you. They are you. Walk as the principal, speak as the law, live as the mirror, and creation will unfold through you without resistance.[BLANK_AUDIO] Take one last deep breath in, guys, gathering all four technically five of the laws, all seven hermetic principles, all the frequency scaffolding of the mantis, gathering it all into your awareness. And see them not as separate teachings. And instead, as a single universal code written through you. And breathe out and begin to go about your present day, your present time, encouraging yourself along your path with words from the divine. And we close today with remembrance that laws, principles, frequencies, they are not teachings to memorize. They are truths to live. And my prayers and blessings are that you walk with them as companions, testing them, embodying them, and letting them reveal the sacred code already written within you. Thank you for being here in a spiritual world. And until next time, may your steps be steady, your heart be open, and your path be guided by the wisdom that already lives inside of you. Namaste and many blessings on your way.
