In this episode of Law and Lawyering Unplugged we are talking about the different types of judges and what motivates them. To me, all judges should be neutral arbitrators and leave outside issues and biases out of it. Attorneys know that while the judges they appear before are not always who you expect them to be, you must always know your judge when seeking to help your client. Always hope for the best but empower yourself to roll with the inevitable punches.

Law and Lawyering Unplugged’s main goal is to teach and spread knowledge to anyone who may benefit from it. Though I am a proud member of the State Bars of Florida and Michigan, this is a source of research and insight into how Brian Parker's mind operates and how he perceives the practice of law when it is used for the benefit of victims Mr. Parker does represent.
