Why Judges Do What They Do

In this episode of Law and Lawyering Unplugged we are talking about the different types of judges and what motivates them. To me, all judges should be neutral arbitrators and leave outside issues and biases out of it. Attorneys know that while the judges they appear before are not always who you expect them to be, you must always know your judge when seeking to help your client. Always hope for the best but empower yourself to roll with the inevitable punches.
