In this episode, Brian looks at Student Loan Solutions (SLS) and how they sue Bank of America Student Loan Debt that long since passed the Statute of Limitations. Using the Full Demand provision of the student's contract they claimed to have purchased from BOA, the resurrect the Statute of Limitations and sue the debtor years after the debt has died.
