Here Brian gives us a video on the legal repossession concept called "Claim and Delivery." Claim and delivery is a legal action for the recovery of specific personal property wrongfully taken or withheld from its rightful owner, like a car or truck. In the case example in the video, Ally Trust is going after a client three years after the client was told by Ally and the Dealership that he could not turn the lease vehicle back because of Covid. He had made all of the lease payments and just wanted to give the truck back. The client then took care of the truck while waiting for someone to contact him. No one ever called him.
