Here, Brian breaks down Initial Disclosures and the background behind doing the best job you can. It is all about the work you do with your counter affidavit and Answer. Once those are done, they drop down into the Initial Disclosures, depending on the section you are filling in. We look at the legal and factual sections in the disclosure section to show you how it is done.
