Here, in Part 2 of the Discovery Series on Collectoin Industry secrets, Brian shows you how to analyze the Assignment in the collection case against you. The video and show notes show you how to knock the assignment out by first knowing the law and then seeking if the assignment follows the rules. Rarely does this happen. The Cheat Sheet attached to the video helps you look for specifics in killing their proof of sale or assignment. The Video will also have a Discovery Request to Produce in Word that you can use in pressing the collection company for proof of an assignment that we know the other side does not have.
