Hi there, and welcome to Follow Our Lead with Alaina Kearney, a leadership podcast presented by Barsz Gowie Amon & Fultz, certified public accountants. I'm Alaina Kearney, the director of marketing, and I'll be your host as we explore the journeys of some of the most successful business owners and entrepreneurs in the Delaware Valley, Pennsylvania region. Throughout my life, I've been fortunate enough to hold various leadership roles from class president to working for a United States Congressman, to serving on various nonprofit boards, and now as the director of our marketing department. In Follow Our Lead, I'm excited to share my passion for leadership with you. I want to share the stories of people you don't always hear from.
