John shares his conversations with Dr, Gabor Mate, the truth about trauma and the freedom that's possible with recovery. I explain how I stop in a moment of "bad parenting", and take responsibility for my emotional reactions, instead of blaming my children when they've done nothing wrong. Generational trauma can be arrested so that children can be free!
