Diets absolutely DO work. In fact, almost all popular diets out there are a huge improvement on the way most of us eat and just about anybody who follows one of these diets consistently over an extended period will see significant weight loss and improved health across a number of markers.

So why does our own experience tell us (repeatedly!) that diets just don’t work?!?
