Magic, passion and conversation are building here in the podcast to provide a new avenue for connection between readers and the Australian kidlit community. Making episodes of The Endless Shelf takes a lot of time, planning and creativity, but we know it has already become something really important to our regular listeners.
Books featured in The Endless Shelf episodes never end - magic always gets in the way. This means that listeners need to go out and find these books to find out how they end. We hope that at the same time we are sparking a drive in kid listeners to seek out books and stories, and even write their own. We want to pass on the magic of imagination that every single guest possesses.
Supporting the show financially can provide a higher quality show and make it more possible for the podcast to continue. There will be more ways to support the show in future, but for now this is our first step to including the many kidlit community members who want to help out with The Endless Shelf.
